Everything you need for a good night sleep at a very reasonable price. Clean, quiet, comfy and well equipped. Perfect location.

Good value and convenient for town centre and beach
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. The fan was very useful to keep the room cool as the weather was very warm. Convenient location for beach and town centre. 25 minute walk to railway station.

Cons:

The shower worked, but the water temperature was difficult to regulate.

Very good value
Pros:

Great location and a dree parking permit for resident parking slots was a bonus. The room was well furnished with everything I could need. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a fan in the room was also very welcome. The outside and foyer is attractive and welcoming. Great value for money

Cons:

The only negative was the restaurant was closed for the night I was there - that was disappointing but it was not a huge problem for me.
