Nothing. Absolutely nothing
Extremely dirty rooms, like staying at a bando
There was nothing good about this hotel and we were unable to stay. We are currently attempting to obtain a refund and hope it will not be too arduous.
We attended with a child. The outside was full of rubbish with an overflowing skip. The building was covered in scaffolding and looked abandoned. We entered with trepidation and encountered a questionable smell as soon as we walked through the door. It was nothing like the hotel advertised.
The worker sat behind a desk refused to check us in. He simply sent a link for it to be done online (in front of him). This was odd and made us question the purpose of him being there
He would not allow us to check in without photographic ID. We are British and this a hotel in Britain. The only people legally who do not need photographic ID in Britain are British people. Therefore this policy, which is to refuse a stay without photographic ID, would seem to discriminate against British people (as no one else would be detrimentally impacted by the policy).
We asked if there was a solution. He could not offer one. We asked for him to put in writing that he was refusing our stay and he would not. He said he was not refusing our stay, which is farcical and circulatory due to the above policy and our not having photographic ID, therefore him not permitting us to check in.
We asked for a refund and he said we would have to arrange this via booking.com.
We've stayed in many hotels in the UK and have never been asked for photographic ID before and honestly we did not feel safe in the environment. The whole experience was awful and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially if you are travelling with children.

The initial booking experience was fine and it was easy to find the hotel.
All of the pictures on Booking.com seem to be AI generated - the hotel in reality looks like a building site.
The building I was given a room in wasn't under construction, but was still very poorly maintained, single glazing and next to the road meant no sound insulation, tin walls and noise from other rooms, broken rail for hanging clothes, thin curtains so there was also no light insulation.
I wasn't informed at the time of booking that the restaurant was closed and this was an issue as I don't drive and the location is fairly remote. I discovered late that shower in my room was broken and was woken at 4am by a mouse.
I left as early as I could and didn't stay for the second night.
Staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed, room was exactly as advertised and expected. The location is perfect for an easy way to commute into the city from the nearby station, and food & drinks at the hotel are available.
The shower in the room ran pretty cold, and the bathroom could have been cleaner (some kind of insect like silverfish spotted a few times!)
