Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

This is not a hotel. No reception, no facilities. No air con, 3rd floor room, extreme heat. Booked 3 nights, owner agreed to refund 2 nights. Unlivable.

Cons:

Hotel sin personal de manera presencial. La atención del personal era exclusiva por WhatsApp con las contestaciones tardías a las peticiones y problemas que fueron surgiendo.
Calor excesivo en la habitación. Insufrible aún disponiendo de pingüino y 2 ventiladores. Horroroso.
Retraso de 2 horas en el Check-in.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Walthamstow - would recommend
Pros:

The location - very close to the market, bus stop across the road - was very convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean, neat and tidy. A parking space was reserved for me for my stay. I liked that the doors are digital so there is no bulky key or card to worry about. All in all, a lovely little hotel which I would recommend to others.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like but I didn't have any hot water on my arrival nor the next morning. Also some items were left in the room by a previous visitor. However, once advised, and while I was out, the water was fixed it and the items were removed. That being said, Anna was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Prettige kamer op een praktische locatie
Pros:

Prima ligging ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer. Rustige straat. Ruime kamer met nette badkamer.

Cons:

We zijn er 4 nachten geweest, kamer is niet opgeruimd of schoon gemaakt, ze kwamen pas laat in de middag, als wij weer terug waren uit de stad en even wilden rusten.

Für einen London Städte Trip gut geeignet!
Pros:

Das Zimmer lag in einer schönen Gegend nahe zur Metro. Es gibt alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebrauchen könnte (sogar Adapter Stecker) und Bett sowie Sanitär waren sauber. Das Personal erlebten wir als hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer roch leider muffig; nach Zigarettenrauch und im Bad gab es Schimmel an der Decke an einem Rohr. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde sich um beides aber sofort gekümmert!

Very convenient - clean hotel great value for money.
Pros:

Room was clean - which to me was the most important - great facilities and very close to Walthamstow shopping Centre. Very impressed with this hotel !

Cons:

A bit noisy - maybe a problem with the window.

Its a great location and I will definitely go back to them. As a matter of fact I have a booking for next week. Its cozy
Pros:

Ill be honest with you, is very clean. Everything is tidy and organised. The bed is clean and no doggy spots as in other locations . They really excellent on cleaning.

Cons:

I don’t like the deposit part for smokers, as i am not a smoker and i stayed there by myself.
