Disappointed as per comments above.
Pros:

Bedding and towels were spotless.

Cons:

I booked a double room with two single beds but the room had a double hed!. We asked if the two singles in a double room was available but were told that was occupied by someone else. The bathroom was in need of some decor and the windows had all the paint flaking off!

Pros:

The stay was excellent with a fantastic Sunday lunch, great entertainment. The staff were attentive and the breakfast outstanding. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent location and kind staff

Cons:

Music was loud from the lobby/pub part of the hotel downstairs until 2am and could not sleep. Also, room and corridor/staircase area did not smell pleasant
