The AC unit outside our window kept us awake most of the night.
All good and the breakfast was deffo the winner we teavelled 200miles just for that nothing too much trouble and the offer of extras was cool too. (The breakfast items that is )! Haha .joking aside fantastic and lynns cooking is bang on -you deserve a pay rise thank you mick n wayne (the hairy bikers)

Conveniently located with all amenities nearby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good indeed, freshly cooked to order-special shout out to Lynn who cooked the food and 'legs' who was the waiter.
Both were very attentive to our needs as we're the owners Joy and Dave!
We would definitely stay here again!

The room (9) could do with some modernisation, I describe it as quirky!
It was clean and the beds were comfortable however.

Nice comfy place, decent room and a nice breakfast, helpful staff.
There was no window. Only a fire escape door with frosted glass. That I couldn’t manage to close.
I Loved Every Minute Of My Stay
its not as clean as it used to be, everything was dirty in the room and pub
too many smelly dogs everywhere and hygiene was awful, tables were so sticky and cutlery so dirty that we didn’t even go down for the free breakfast
