Very enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast, particularly the kippers were really good. The room was as described and was on the small side but perfectly appointed and suitable for us on a short stay with parking space in front of room.
Very close to Titchwell and other good bird watching spots on Norfolk coast

Cons:

Evening meal was enjoyable but being a fish lover the Sole dish was spoilt by over spicing of the sauce This ruined the delicious delicate flavour of the sole.

Lovely hotel, great location.
Pros:

Great location lovely hotel and breakfast, great room

Cons:

Putting us in a room that has a leaking bath overflow ans then complain at us that it was leaking into the bar. As they knew about it they shouls have fixed it or not used the room or brought our attention to it and we would have been a little more careful.

Great food, small Room
Pros:

The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent.

Cons:

The room was small for what we were paying (£200). When we asked about bottled water for our room we were told by a member of staff that only the superior rooms were supplied with bottled water which we thought was very miserly

Good hotel just the USB let it down
Pros:

Nice comfortable bed, great quiet location and lovely breakfast , large room

Cons:

No USB sockets, no pen or paper in the room, telephone but no outside line

A COMFORTABLE STAY
Pros:

Restaurant staff excellent and careful about allergies. Staff really friendly. Room 22 comfortable and well equipped. Very convenient for Titchwell reserve.

Cons:

Restaurant floor appeared not to have been swept before breakfast. Food remnants underfoot.

In room 23 the wash basin unit really needs some attention.
