Good value, clean, comfortable and friendly and in the best possible location for local birding.
Pros:

The food was excellent, both at dinner time and breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the whole stay was good value.

Cons:

The restaurant was very quiet. Not really the hotel's fault, but there was no buzz about the restaurant or bar. I guess that's just February!

Pros:

Check in nice and easy, room clean and spacious. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Not a fan of free wifi that is unsecure, when travelling for work its good to have a secure network especially when you can't get internet without wifi in the room

Great location and nice self contained space to stay
Pros:

Nice self contained layout, rooms had more space than expected. Parking was very easy as plenty of space. Location great.

Cons:

TV reception wasn’t great - selection of beers could be better, was quite expensive considering we stayed in February.

Overall great stay and will definitely return but won’t be having breakfast / dinner on site. Otherwise really enjoy

Beautiful location and amazing outside area for children.
Great size room and very comfy beds.

Cons:

Breakfast service wasn’t the best, slow and confusing as to which menu you were allowed depending on how you booked (booking.com breakfast not included, direct booking it is, despite booking.com being more expensive)
Undercooked sausages for breakfast and small portions for the prices.

Beautiful Place children's Fun Park was amazing my Children loved it
Pros:

The Location was Amazing the Building was Beautiful. The interiors needed updating. But the rest of it was Beautiful.
To pay the price I paid I feel was a bit over priced.
They are having Building Work done therefore the update I'm sure is due to happen.
The Decore is 20years over due.

The Bed was Uncomfortable.
The Food was Cold for room service.
