The breakfast was ok, but let down by pastries in packets.
Arranging for a parking space was straightforward, although finding the car park took a couple of tries! The welcome was friendly and efficient. Our room was well equipped - it was a pleasant surprise to find two chairs. The bathroom was well designed and very clean.

I had to change rooms as my windows did not lock however this was handled really painlessly and the staff were brilliant at resolving it.

We experienced an unexpected disaster in Exmouth, when a bomb was discovered in the harbour. Despite the evacuation, the staff handled everything very professionally and competently. We had a very friendly reception, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The room was ok but the bathroom was very small. The bathroom window would not open.
Breakfast was disappointing. The quality was ok but we left hungry. You have to pre order which was fine but I ordered bacon and sausage plus toast. I was presented with one sausage and a small rasher of bacon. I would have been embarrassed to serve up a plate with so little on it. My wife ordered more options and got twice as much food. Sadly there was no option out for me to top it up with cornflakes etc since there was no self service.
We really felt that the place was run to maximise profit and not to get repeat customers.
Parking is cramped and limited to 5 spaces. On street parking is not possible due to resident parking permits. In short if you can't pre book a parking space you have a long walk with a suitcase plus you have to pay for overnight parking.
