Lovely break by the sea. We were well looked after.
Pros:

Very convenient for beach, shops and restaurants. Staff lovely. Very good breakfasts.

Cons:

Nothing though if you don’t book a parking space then it could be problematic. Parking is a nightmare in general.

Pros:

The Family Room very light airy and bright with plenty of towels and essentials shampoo etc.. Breakfast cooked to Order very nice.

Cons:

Had a problem opening the Room door.

size of the room, pleasant staff, close to town and the beach

Cons:

parking a problem, need to pay for a permit for the council carpark, difficult to navigate with luggage, however the the staff was very helpful to help with luggage whilst parked near hotel illegally.

Fab stay, great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the beach & town. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel was spotless and clean. The breakfast was yummy.

Staff extremely friendly & helpful. We unfortunately had to leave 1 day early but Sharon called few days after our return to say they'd honour our booking if we'd like to go for 1more night. Room was quite sparse but cleane & comfortable. It's well suited for walks to beach, marina & town centre. Definitely recommend a stay.

Cons:

We stayed in room 7. It had an en suite but shower was a bit iffy heat wise - suppose depends on demand of supply of hot water. Toilet too close to wall as my husband has mobility issues, but granted hadn't asked for accessible room.

Lovely comfy hotel only a few minutes walk from the beach.
Pros:

The room and decor were lovely. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was great only a few minutes walk from the beach. The breakfasts were tasty with lots of choice.

Cons:

The soundproofing in the room wasn’t great for light sleepers. We had a room facing the street and there was some loud music coming from down the street that kept me from sleeping until after midnight - but this may have been a one-off house party rather than a regular occurrence - I’m not sure!

Was lovely stay would stay again but book different room.
Pros:

Location, clean and friendly staff. Nice fresh breakfast.

Cons:

Only thing was twin room and bathroom bit on small side, would not book a twin room again, no table or anything to store personal items as no space in wardrobe.

Cons:

Not keen on the pre-ordering, do not always know what we want the evening before or even at breakfast time on the day itself, unfortunately did waste food some days as maybe did not fancy jt.
