Excellent but not for a wheelchaor user
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent. An ideal holiday hotel for able bodied people.

Cons:

The hotel has wheelchair access but the bedroom is not wheelchair accessible. I did talk to the management and people normally phone up for a booking where everything s explained..

Pleasant and recommend
Pros:

Good service and the room was well decorated, simple, clean and functional. Good location to walk around. Limited parking but good that the property had some, which thankfully got in early.

Cons:

Breakfast was simple and it is pastries in plastic so hygenic but not fresh that day.

We have stayed at the Dolphin before. Overall it is good. We will stay again with our own pillows
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable but the plug in the washbasin could not be raised to drain water away and my wife had to clean her teeth in the shower. We reported this and the staff member asked ‘are you in room 11?’ We said we were. This made us think that they knew about this problem. When we return we will ask for a different room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The problem with the plug in the washbasin. The pillows are very hard and I had a sore neck.

Pros:

Central location, comfy bed

Cons:

Breakfast only served from 08.30 which is weird and not helpful for a work trip. They said you could request it earlier but the door to brekkie room is literally locked til 8.30.
Shower was old electric weak one.

Lovely hotel. Disappointing customer service and food.
Pros:

The beds were amazing, and everywhere so, so clean. The location is perfect as it was right between the seafront and the town.

Cons:

The breakfast. Poached eggs came out hard with some sort of hair on them. They were very quick to replace but the hair kind of put me off. The sausage and the bacon were awful.
Asked for soft boiled the next day to make it a bit easier. They came out scalding hot still in their shells, by the time I was able to handle them the yolks were hard.
Pastries in their wrapper which was a bit disappointing. Toast cold. Tried to get someone's attention but the waitress seemed very busy and serious so just tried to get past it.
As I was checking out there was no question of how we found everything, which is why i'm writing on here. As there was no opening to give feedback personally.
I actually rang up the day before to see if someone could talk me through the room as I was taking two toddlers, but if im honest even at that point I was made to feel like I was interrupting their time.
