Just a short stay in Blackpool otherwise I would have cancelled booking.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

No towels.No hot water in shower.No wi fi.T V not working.No mirror for shaving.No plug in sink to facilitate getting washed from sink.No room to hang clothes.Windows rattled in wind all night.Overall not fit for porpoise.

It was a dirty mess of a hotel unfortunately .
We checked in but soon checked out as we found this hotel unfit for purpose especially seeing how we had children with us and I didn’t want to put them through 2 nights or even 1 night of this hotel.

The room was not what was advertised and in fact it wasnt on there page at all, it was tiny, the mattress had stains all over it, massive hole in the headboard and the whole place had the smell of cannabis.

Cons:

Carpet was marked and ripped, window rattled in wind, no towels, sent message for more milk but no reply, doors banging, remote didnt work for tv, toilet door didnt shut unless u locked it, bed was in way of door so not much room to squeeze in. Hole in wall, pillows very thin, mattress had dip in as plug sockets were at bottom of bed. Cistern lid didnt fit properly.

Pros:

The hotel is really clean and tidy, the staff are so friendly, it has its own lounge and basic cooking facilities. Really cheap for what it is, we love it.

Brilliant the staff are great and very very friendly

The staff were the nicest people ever and very helpful we had a mini bus and there was no where to park then they noticed and made sure we had parking for the 2 days we were there

Avoid at all costs

The location was great that is the only thing good about this property

Cons:

Everything about this place is disgusting! I have never felt so ashamed in my life the whole stay was unclean, noisey on a night time and the staff were absolutely useless and did not give no care to there customers! They left no clean towel not even a hand towel to dry your hands! The beds were filthy and had a very foisty smell coming from them! The floor had nails on it which I had to pick up so my little one didn’t pick it up and the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke, I asked them for another quilt as the one on the bed was filfty and they couldn’t provide it, the room was very small and outdated and the fireplace had mould growing around it with bits of food stuck in there. This place really should be closed down and the pictures you see on booking.com look nothing like it in person it felt like it was in a hostel!
