Pros:

Beautiful location. Breakfast was fantastic. The young lady at breakfast was very great,very polite. All the staff were very accommodating. Very clean.
Really liked it. Would stay again.

Cons:

We were in no 11 and the only thing was, I couldn't lock the door when leaving for the evening, so I left it open.
Nothing was taken. Just some people might not like to leave their door unlocked.

Reasonable but very tired property, overpriced.
Pros:

Situation good for Builth Wells. Away from main roads & quiet setting. Staff helpful. Room overlooked the car park but not disturbed.

Cons:

Too many steps & stairs, not suitable for disabled people. Handrail on stairs didn’t reach the top so unsafe to descend them. Breakfast area down two sets of steps. Breakfast basic & poorly cooked. Tables in breakfast area sticky.
