Very pleasant, would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was on a busy road, and not in the town we expected but 8 miles out so it was a bit of a shock. However the staff was lovely and friendly, the rooms pleasant, the food excellent. We felt very comfortable and looked after.

Cons:

Proximity to the road, a main artery for the location so busy all the time. This is a busy pub so there were customers which we could hear in the bedrooms but luckily no one was too loud that night.

Lovely welcoming pub with excellent staff and food
Pros:

Ample parking, excellent spacious room, warm and welcoming on a very cold and wet day. We have stayed at this inn on many occasions and have never had any complaints. Food is always excellent with very generous portions and there is a good selection. The staff and very friendly and welcoming and go over and beyond to ensure every need is covered. We will definitely return - thank you.

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, excellent food and good value for money. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Would benefit from an upgrade and a wardrobe to hang clothes. Otherwise would certainly re visit due to lovely people, cleanliness and good food. Thank you to the staff.

Varied dinner and breakfast menu.

Only downside steep stairs to bedroom so not suitable if have mobility issues.
