Freindly staff and helpful
They could do breakfast
Staff were very helpful in getting luggage up and downstairs in the absence of a lift. Convenient for transport connections all over London
No breakfast available onsite, although there was a kettle for tea/coffee

My room was a bit low rent, with walpaper coming off the walls and dirty skirting. But for the price I was not disappointed . Oh, and the bulb in the lamp popped when I turned it on for the first time.

I thought It was expensive for what it was, and unfortunately no breakfast was provided, which I think it should have been for that price Plus it does list breakfast opening / serving times on Booking.com But in fact there was no provision at all for breakfast, not even to purchase separately Plus I went down to ask to purchase an afternoon/evening meal at 6:10 pm, but I was told that the kitchen had closed for the day Having previously been told that evening meals would be served until at least 7 pm so that was rather unfortunate really

The location & the staff were friendly.
There was no lift & the facilities were very basic. The sink wasn't big enough to wash your hands in & there was no bath mat. It smelled unpleasant & our room had no fan or air conditioning.
