Pros:

Breakfast was good, service a little slow but probably as cooked to order

Cons:

Made aware of building works - not an issue, but should of been told half the carpark was out of use as the parking was main reason for booking

Disappointing stay
Pros:

We were very disappointed that on arrival there was no where to park. Once we finally parked we asked about taxi’s etc but knowledge wasn’t forthcoming. We went to our party & came back hoping to have something to eat. The kitchen was apparently open but when we put an order in we were told that they had shut early. The room was ok but couldn’t see much out of the window as it was so dirty. Tbh we were very unhappy with the stay.

Cons:

Rooms are dated and very hot, no option in the room to control temperature, I had a random small fridge placed on the floor in the lounge area, unplugged and not being used. Overall as a an ex resident of worcester i really expected alot more from the hotel. We stayed a further 3 nights in the premier inn down the road which considering the price contrast was much better.

It was OK, the staff were fantastic.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic and breakfast was very good indeed.

Cons:

Shower pressure was poor, with regards to coffee in the room, it’s always a frustration to only see 2 sachets of coffee on offer.
