Very aceptable, considering the price we paid.
Pros:

The location is fabulous, with river-bank access and views. The room was fine and clean and the bathroom with shower worked very well. The home-made granola and fruit + yoghurt part of the breakfast were excellent. The evening meal was very good, though portions were rather small.

Cons:

The car-parking was a big problem: as there was an event on, both car parks were almost full. I parked my car but another car was parked later, making it almost impossible to move my own car out. The room was not air-conditioned, so it was quite hot. The cooked breakfasts were less good than the cold: my wife did not enjoy her Eggs Benedict, and the English cooked breakfast was adequate but no more.

Fantastic location looking over the river and a short stroll to the City centre.
Spacious comfy clean room. Lovely dining room and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Limited tight parking. A number of the rooms have a high bath with shower so request a room with a walk in shower if that is an issue for any guest.

perfect setting by the river.
Pros:

Location was great have stopped for a drink in the garden a few years ago, so knew it was a lovely spot. breakfast was great, loved that you had fruit and cereal to help yourself, then order hot with the staff.

Cons:

I only booked for one night. i would have liked more.

Great location, fabulous views, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Room in the Annex which I was unsure about but it was good, as I had a view of the River and a spacious room.

Cons:

The only issue I had was with the pillows which were block foam and very uncomfortable for me.

Cons:

Parking an absolutely nightmare. Had to pay to park in the centre car park for 2 days, as the hotel was packed with day drinkers.

Noise! Dont stay in room 7. The constant humming noise (presume the air con unit from the gym directly opposite the window) between 6am and 10.30pm. Very loud.

Breakfast - I had to report that the bread was mouldy. Stuck to coffee after that.
