Plenty of outdoor space to drink in. Food was good. Breakfast was excellent
Nothing not to like.
Excellent location
Even though we didn’t have a feature room the bed was very comfortable and room very clean. The view from breakfast was lovely looking over the river.
The first morning we waited 50 minutes for breakfast as they only had one chef on but other people that arrived after us got their breakfast before us. I basically think we were forgotten. I am disabled but was unable to get a ground floor room so had to either have help up stairs or come in and out the fire exit in the rear car park.
Beautiful location, excellent room and facilities, dining, attentive, helpful and professional staff
Close to the river and the bar area was good.
My hotel room was absolutely abysmal. It was tiny, airless and hot. The price for the room was ludicrous.
Size of room, nice and quiet
No air conditioning, fans provided which just about did the job but would be a lot better if air conditioning was installed
Great location, friendly staff and good food. Generous sized rooms
The car parking really is limited. We spent 2 hours driving round Worcester trying to find a car parking space which, on top of the drive down, was exhausting
Room size and style. Location and staff.
Decorating a little tired. Mastic around bath black, ceiling paper coming loose. Paint on wood s worn. No air con and room very very hot and not allowed to pen windows more than two inches
Breakfast was delicious
Location exceptional
View of the river and having guest garden area superb
Room had no window to open, only doors. Too insecure to leave a door open where anyone could get in. Whilst hotel provided a fan it was a sweltering night 20C and even hotter in the room. If there is no air conditioning an open window and a fan is a minimum. Winter stay would not be a problem.
It’s been smartened up, and feels sharp and clean.
With the exceptionally hot weather and no air conditioning or fridge in our bedroom, we would have appreciated some ice and iced water.
Lovely location and surrounding area, especially when sitting outside with a glass of wine 😃
friendly staff, good breakfast, lovely suite
Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.
Nothing
Great location and lovely breakfast, plenty of choice.
One of the 3 rooms was in the cottage and can only be described as "student accomodation".....cobwebs on bathroom ceiling, cracked paintwork, an extension plug dangling by the dressing table and generally neglected decor.
The hotel was lovely, traditional with so much character and set right next to the river path.
My room was above the kitchen ventilation which was noisy and smelly. The pillows were awful and the windows don’t open fully. Air con unit in the room which was good but wasn’t hot enough to need would just like to be able to open the window fully.
