Bit more heating would have been nice was i bit chilly
I Liked it because it was quite and peaceful. Also it was very homely I liked the meals they where brilliant quality. The food was a bit expensive but you get what you pay for and the service was superb staff where extremely kind and non judgemental and easygoing
I did not like that there was no Bath in my bedroom also I thought that the chair was extremely uncomfortable also I thought that the check out time was far too early.
Check in and check out were simple and straight forward. The Room was spacious, clean, and what you would normally expect nowadays, ensuite bath/shower, WC, large bed, TV, Kettle and supplies. The room was on the ground floor and on the road side of the building but the road noise was minimal, even with a window that didn't really close properly! Plenty of free car parking spaces. Room was kept clean and tidy by the friendly staff.
Breakfast on the first morning, wasn't great, my partner had to send hers back as the beans where cold. Portion size of the breakfast whilst adequate, wasn't particularly big. The weekend staff on the Breakfast shift were 'ok' the young woman who was there on the Monday morning was much better with her demeanour and manner. We didn't eat at the hotel due to the high prices and found other much cheaper options nearby.

Breakfast is lacking healthy options, such as fresh fruit, fruit salad, muesli, greek yogurt, pastries etc. It's a lot of money for breakfast especially if you don't have the full English.
We have regularly stayed here and love the convenience of the location and the lay out and look of the accommodation
Welcoming
The breakfast was very good the staff were pleasant.
The bed was quite old and moved and squeaked when you lay on it. In general was clean. While my room was cleaned the next day my friends 2 door down was not. He asked at reception on his return to be told nobody was available and offered clean towels from the linen cupboard.
