Great location.
Pros:

Great location and the breakfast was very good. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast were very helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Check in was a little slow, appreciate that the receptionist was on the phone when we arrived, yet two other staff behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us or explain we needed to wait.

Be aware that there is no food on a Sunday evening and the bar area closes at 7pm

Cons:

The shower was very cold but everything else was good we told a member of staff and they said there was no other rooms available so we could not have a shower which was disappointing

Pros:

Good location near to an event I was attending in Billing

Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Very good quality.

Superb friendly and very helpful staff. My shower wasn’t working in the morning and they went out of there to help me get a shower quickly in another room and then whilst I was at my event, they moved me to another room.

Cons:

Quite expensive at £195 for the two nights B&B given there was only me in the room. This was the same price my friends paid for two of them in one room B&B. Shame they done reduce the price for one guest B&B.

This used to be my favourite place to stay but I won't be rushing back.
Pros:

Check in was easy and friendly. The bar is pleasant and the room was a good size.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was poor, staff seemed to be struggling to cope and lots of guests were having issues. Things were forgotten and the food wasn't anything special. It used to be top notch but has very much gone downhill. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is no temperature control available in the room. No curtains, just a blind that doesn't keep out the light.

A very comfortable stay. Will be back.
Pros:

Comfortable, big room, with everything you would expect. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, with the best bacon I have had for a long while. Large free car park. Lovely restful spot.

Cons:

The coffee in the morning was not as hot as I would have liked. I cannot think of anything else.

Nice a pleasant hotel.
Pros:

Good value, nice quiet area, free parking nice staff. Very comfy big bed.

Cons:

Toilet made constant running noise and sometimes stuck when flushed. Photos didn’t match what they advertise on the website. Tv was right in front of the mirror? Stains on the carpet dust on the headboard, blinds and windowsill.

Perfect for food but needs attention on cleaning the rooms , won’t win four in a bed anytime soon

Lovely looking building Decor very nice food lovely

Cons:

Room wasn’t very clean at all.windows and blinds filthy , bathroom had lots of mould around the shower and black mould at the back of the toilet seat . Furniture and skirting boards dusty
