Beautiful property with lovely grounds. Food in the restaurant was excellent.
Very basic room for the money. No air con which made the room very uncomfortable. Two very noisy fan that pushed around hot air. No modern sockets. Low window gave no privacy in room.

Beautiful building, decor and setting
The local area isn’t great, Kesgrave Hall is an oasis in the Ipswich suburb
Staff were friendly, food and drinks of good quality, the hotel is lovely. I would definitely stay again
I stayed during the summer. The receptionist very kindly gave me a second Dyson fan to try and combat the heat. The room was unbearably hot and I wasn't able to sleep for most of the night.

Food in the restaurant was excellent. Very good staff in the restaurant too. Set in a stunning location.
Room was very cramped
The hotel is in a beautiful setting. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
There was no signage in the room to indicate that there was a fridge or where it was located, or indeed the tea and coffee. The line to reception was unanswered when I went to advise that we had no milk and had to use my mobile to ring reception. I was then advised the cartons were in the Fridge. (The milk situation was also experienced by another of the wedding guests). The only other issue was the fact that everyone was eating their starter at the wedding and my starter arrived some five minutes later after I had got up to advise the staff.
