It's 2min to the train station 10min to the North pier beach and in the city centre. Toilet and bathroom are separated. And the room is well organized. Working switches and remote as well. Perfect for a quick night stay. The staff were amazing and allowed an early check in and held our bags for us after check out.

Facilities were shocking. Shower was unusable, and when questioned, was told oh it's low pressure.

Horrible experience
Cons:

Nobody around on arrival. Phone number on the awning outside was a 'wrong number'. After finally checking in I went out for the evening. Returned to find my room door open. Woke at 0420 as I had a train to catch. Got into the (cold!) shower and was aware of someone trying to get into my room. Got out of the shower, soaking wet, to find out what was going on. Opened the door. It was the proprieter who told me in broken English that I shouldn't be there as I wasn't on his list, and he wanted money. I told him I would finish my shower and show him my receipt. Afterwards he was nowhere to be found, so I left.

Very poor washing facilities. Close to train station.
Pros:

Close to train station, bars & Funny Girls, so very convenient for our stay.

Cons:

No water coming from shower. Was told we had to wait 15 minutes for staff to turn pump on. After 15 minutes only got the tinest dribble of cold water. This happened in the evening & the morning.
