Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was small but comfortable. Gav and Sue were great company in the evening, at the bar. Great Value weekend in a prime location. Would stay again.
The room was a little dated, but we didn't pay for a 5 star hotel so didnt expect one. Great value all the same.

There was no microwave Oven In room even i goes to kitchen and they refuse me to use microwave bed need to be bigger iam 6.1 and my legs were going over the mattress

The mattress in one of the rooms was lumpy and the shower in another room didn't work well
The place was awful, the smell, it was filthy. We asked to see another room and the helpful receptionist allowed to view 2 other rooms. They were also, awful. Tissue holding cupboard doors closed, dust. Carpets were
Filthy. They kindly gave us a refund and didn’t charge us a cancellation fee.
There was nothing I like about this hotel. The receptionist was helpful.
It was at the centre of the city and closer to all tourist sites. I had a nice view. The breakfast was excellent and the staffs were friendly and helpful. Met a lot of the staff and they were all exceptional especially Trisha. Very friendly lady
Unfortunately there were no sockets closer to the bed.
More lightening in the room can be helpful to help we ladies when we doing our makeup and getting ready.
The bathroom is a little bit smaller which is not a big issue but it would be great if it was a bit bigger
The bar was a good size and the restaurant, staff were friendly.
The breakfast was ok but certain things I wouldn't even touch. I noticed in the 2 day stay that the stairs had not been cleaned, bedrooms were basic but clean enough.
