Bathroom terrible/shower broken squirted water from all directions!! Headboard broke wasn’t even attached to the bed so rattled all night !! Leak from the room above!!
Dropped my eyeliner down side of dressing table had to pull it out and it was filthy so I left my eyeliner there 🤢nearly a empty toilet roll on the holder bathroom was the worst

Pleasant staff. Clean linen, lovely breakfast.
Being told on arrival we could not have our pet in the room we had booked. Hotel pet friendly? Booking page was not clear enough. Had to pay an extra £45 for a cabin style room at the back of the hotel which was no more than a posh shed and difficult to access for our pet. We paid £345 and wished we'd complained. We would not return with a pet.
A bit chaotic which may have been because all guests arrived at the same time.
The short route to room 13B outside stairs not well lit.

Steep Spiral staircase to bathroom. Ok for us but not for anyone with any mobility issues. Water temperature too cold to enjoy a bath.
The decor comfy beds breakfast was excellent and the staff were great would definitely stay again 🙌
