Good location but needs a lot of maintenance
Pros:

It’s a good location and the room is cute

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t work.
The toilet isn’t secured to the floor and moves.
The silicone is mouldy in the bathroom and the showerhead needs descaling.

少し残念でした。
Pros:

ホテルの１階部分がレストランになっており、そこで食べ物をテイクアウトして部屋で食べられる点はよかったです。

Cons:

古めの建物でやむを得ない部分もあるかもしれませんが、少し暗さを感じるところでした。また、天井のあたりに蜘蛛の巣と穴があるところは、もう少し整えておいてもらえるとありがたかったです。金額に見合った感じではなかったように思います。

Clean, quiet room with comfy bed in convenient location.

Cons:

It was unstaffed - key was collected from the restaurant downstairs. I would have liked to leave my case for a few hours after checking out, but this was therefore not on the cards. The bathroom smelled very damp/musty, and I could find no means of turning off its light.

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, l hôtel très bien placé, on peut aller dans le centre à pieds. L accueil agréable et serviable.

Disappointing because I was overcharged. The invoice I got was for GBP358 but was charged GBP477
Pros:

Location is great. Very central.
The staff is polite.

Cons:

I was charged GBP 119 more than the agreed price. The hotel said I had to take it up with Booking.com.
There's no concierge at the hotel. When the restaurant is closed there is no one to take care of anything.
No hot water for your shower. At all.
The hotel needs a bit of repair and could be a LOT cleaner.
