Pros:

Nice size room, Car parking was good size, We had lovely food, good value for money. Staff are very helpful morning, afternoon and night.

Cons:

The room needs some attention. just little things, The toilet paper holder was loose. Paint is peeling off. there was a hole in the ceiling plaster falling out, cobwebs with dust on them around the room.

Staff are great and very helpful. Food was good. Great location

Cons:

I didn't like the room I stayed in, no view from the windows which are unable to be open and a film of something so I can't see outside, I didn't sleep even though the bed is comfy, if I stay again I will just request a different room

Pros:

We had a lovely stay in this super hotel. Friendly staff who looked after our every need. Housekeeper Carol was so friendly and kept our room meticulously clean and fresh. Great location with a fabulous beer garden and the food is excellent. Thankyou for a lovely stay and we hope to come back.

Cons:

Maybe more choice on the menu but what is available the food is excellent.

Staff were excellent. Location for what I needed was perfect, cost was reasonable for the time of year and area..

Good location. Brilliant helpful staff. Excellent food.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful
We had dinner on both evenings very well presented.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the temperature of the room was too hot.
Although there was a fan it didn’t make a lot of difference.
The duvet was more suited to a colder time of year.
Unable to open windows far enough to get any fresh air.

Comfortable
Pros:

Service a bit hit and miss…always friendly, but lots of rookie errors on both accommodation and restaurant. Nevertheless..would probably say the best place to stay on Burnham and so a comfortable, welcoming stay was offered.
Inside definitely better than outside appearance

Pleasant room in local Burnham pub.
Pros:

Welcoming and friendly staff. The pub is in Burnham and when we stayed was busy with lots of people enjoying food/drinks in the garden (Fri eve/Sat). Breakfast was good - well cooked and a reasonable choice.

Cons:

Expensive accommodation - we had 3 rooms (2 singles and a double) which were all more or less the same price. Rooms were very hot (especially the singles). We ate in the restaurant - evening food was very mediocre (at best).
