Location was great. Staff were lovely!
Outdoor seating area is great.
Bathrooms need attention. Shower nearly wouldn’t turn off, hot tap loose, shelf loose, cobwebs, shower gel bottle broken, no complementary biscuits for the tea/coffee. At £165 a night I would expect this. I had a mark on one towel.
Very noisy and the room was extremely hot. No provision made for hotter weather. Fan maybe?

The room was very hot, I understand it was extreme heat but rooms could do with air-conditioning.
The downstairs was nice. The service was good but food was ok nothing to go back for.
The accommodation was in need of so tlc . The hot tap in the bathroom was very wobbly. The shower was very difficult to turn on and off. The shower tray plug hole was blocked and meant I only could take a very short shower as would otherwise overfilled
Nice breakfast.large room and bathroom. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Allowing for the time of year and high temp during our stay a small fridge would be good for at least water.
