Great food and atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay would definitely recommend
Pros:

Location perfect near the station
Easy parking, helpful friendly staff
Room lovely comfortable
Breakfast excellent
Evening meal curry was delicious but the rice

Cons:

Just the Rice on my evening meal sent it back
It was replaced
The restaurant manager came over was very polite and apologised also reduced the bill
Was very satisfied

Was attending for a wedding, felt room was over priced, food wasn’t the greatest but had a great stay

Wasn’t impressed with the food at all, beef was too rare no options on how I liked it cooked..

Stayed because in Busby for a funeral.
Pros:

Staff, facilities, cleanliness and comfort all exceptional. Checking in receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast and dinner both good and dining room staff all good. System won't let me rate optional questions.

Cons:

Have never before stayed in a hotel which charges per room rather than per person - completely understand about a single person paying the full amount for occupying a room meant for two but never before known a single person be expected to pay for two inclusive breakfasts.
Also - never before been expected to pay for what are normally complimentary nibbles (chocolate and peanuts) in addition to the room charge.

We stay in the area frequently and The Busby will now be our hotel of choice.
Pros:

We liked everything about it.

Cons:

Soundproofing between rooms is not the best so when the children of the family in the adjacent room turned the TV on at 5.30am it became very difficult to sleep in our room.
However this is more to do with inconsiderate guests than any fault of the hotel.
