We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and ended up paying an extra £20 for a small bed to be in room for my grandson so would like to reimbursed for that

The property overall was great but the staff were absolutely on the ball and amazing at all times
Breakfast and location were very good.
Although our room was very good the floor boards were very noisy and the shower head leaked.
. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was very inviting. Our evening meal was really nice.
Unfortunately, the chef was absent in the morning, so we were disappointed not to be offered a cooked breakfast. We had a long journey ahead, so were disappointed to have only a croissant and yogurt
Attended for a wedding. Well organised, clean, super lovely staff and very nice decor.
The breakfasts are a wicked pleasure. Really liked the shower unit. Location is nice and quiet. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to keep an eye on the car too. Good choice of TV channels.
Helpful to have a hard copy of tv channel options.
First night a bottle water would be appreciated.
