Great hotel but hard to find.
Pros:

A lovely warm and comfortable room with superb facilities for disabled guests and carers.

Cons:

No great emphasis on the fact the car park is on top of another car park and the actual hotel is at the top of a building. More prominent instructions are needed.

I would stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff and easy check-in. The food was very good, especially the cooked breakfast. Would benefit from a wider wine selection by the glass. Good central location with plenty of parking. A very quiet atmosphere in the bar area that made it soulless in the evening. Music was playing in the toilet yet could hardly be heard in the bar area. I did ask for it to be turned up as we were uncomfortable having a conversation as it would easily be overheard. The member of staff that was on did not know how to do this. We were overcharged one morning for breakfast. We were charged for 3, yet there were only 2 of us. It was refunded back to my card. I would stay here again. Good size room, but the bathroom was very cold, and nowhere to hang towels to dry.

Cons:

Excellent cooked breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

Pros:

It is a clean hotel
They have offers during the week and you have to grab a minimum price when it appears.
The rooms are very good and really clean . Thanx to whorver is doing the cleaning job .
I would definitely go back again if i ever needed it .

Cons:

The bed is very uncomfortable. They only give one thin pillow to every visitor . I suffered a neck pain.

Access to the hotel is really difficult. They should direct people clearly how to find the car park and the reception.

It is a joke that you have to ring a door every time you need to get access to the hotel . It makes it more like an Airbnb.
Also , the girl at reception i d give her 5 out of 10 if i was asked how cheerful and friendly she is.
I checked in 3 pm and checked out 9am .

Excellent hotel, that staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a stress free stay.
Pros:

Didn't have any as left early

Cons:

To be honest, I can't find fault. I have stayed in lots of hotels and this was clean, quiet, staff were friendly, but proffesional, and plenty safe parking. I would definitely stay here again.
