Great stay

Tiring, cold and excluded.
Pros:

Very cold room, no tea, milk or sugar.
Breakfast did not have any HALAL option and felt excluded. The hotel is hard to find and on top of shopping centre hard to access. To gain access you hace to walk 4mins until you reach the hotel and can be hard to find direction to enter at night.

I just felt i had wasted money on the night.
Very dissappointed.

Cons:

Nothing as i spent all night feeling cold.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Quick stop, cheap hotel

Cons:

The kettle was dirty, we asked for a new one and they said there was shortage of staff. We also asked for a cot and they gave us the entire things saying they cannot open it as there was no staff.
