Poor staff with bad attitude
Pros:

Cons:

I got a call to say my smoke alarm was going off it wasn't two lady staff came to my door I let them in they started looking about my personal stuff that was on table and left with no apology. I went to reception to complain and was treated like I done something wrong.was not the first time I have been treated badly by staff here

Pros:

Un hotel aislado en un barrio industrial. Poco turistico. Situado sobre un centro comercial y rodeado de talleres, almacenes y factorias. Si vas de trabajo o de visita comercial es util.

Cons:

Alrededores poco atractivos, el lugar es un barrio industrial a 10 minutos en taxi del barrio residencial. muy dificil llegar a pié.

Pros:

Great value for money, clean, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Practical location in town centre.

A little more info of how to work thermostat and some of public areas ceiling tiles missing and some cosmetic work needs seeing too.

Good Stay Overall
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The room was plenty big enough and the bed really comfy. It was quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

Cons:

The lifts were grim and made a lot of noise which was a little unsettling. They also gave a key card to our room to another guest and booked us both into the same room which wasn't great. Reception cleared it up quickly which was good but it really shouldn't have happened in the first place!

It was alright in the end
Pros:

Bed was comfortable once we finally got the one we wanted. Shower was nice and the guy on the night shift, I think his name was James, was one of the nicest people I’ve met.

Cons:

Not too much, the ladies that checked us in gave us the wrong room. They gave us a room with two beds that were pushed together. I don’t like this as the mattresses move. I specifically booked a double bed. When I told the ladies (nicely) that we were given the wrong room, they argued and one of them even said that she used to be the head of house keeping so she knows what she’s talking about (her words) and told me that I was wrong and the mattresses did not. She argued with me for about 10 minutes until I pulled the sheet back and moved the mattresses.
I was then told that I should just take the room as there’s no price difference. I’m sorry but I should still get what I asked for. She took us to 3 other rooms that she said were right (we had to wait each time while she went away to reception to find another then another and so on until we finally got one.
From then on it was just looks from them
James seriously made it all worth it, lovely guy and what the hotel should really have as their front of house person. Absolute top guy.
If we stay again, it will be because of how James treated us, give that man a promotion.
