Lovely hotel which is clean and modern placed within a 5-10 walk from the train. Great selection of bars and restaurants nearby
The room was a "superior" double and it was hard to see what was superior. I have stayed in this hotel twice before and had better rooms

The toilet takes time to refill after you flush.

Good hotel, staff very friendly. Location was good, short walk to London Bridge station, bus stop across the road, local Sainsbury's beside the hotel. Lots around it.
We were in a disabled room but meant we had good space
Room very clean and a good size.
When we checked in we were told there was a 24hr service. We got back around 11pm and asked if we could have a coffee but got told to use the room facilities. We had used them earlier.
The hotel could do with a drinks machine so clients can buy a hot drink whenever.
