Cons:

The behaviour of the reception staff was unacceptable! When they were asked if there was a plug adaptor so as to charge our phones, we were rudely told that they could only sell one to us, not even provide us with one for an hour to charge our phones. It is supposed to be a four-star hotel! Also, there was no wardrobe in the room, just hangers. We think that for such a pricey hotel, the service and the facilities were poor!

Great location and the bed was comfortable.
Good shower and nice variety of breakfast.
Staff were helpful and it was so nice to feel like a local.
Great being so close to restaurants, bars and a short walk to most of the visited places in London.
