Pros:

Jõudsime varem ja saime tuppa 1.5h varem. Tuba oli ruumikas. Puhas. Lisavoodi oli hea.
Wifi hea. Ümbruses palju söögikohti. Hea asukoht.

Cons:

Hommikusöök väga tagasihoidlik. Toas ei käi aknad lahti.

Foi uma estadia OK, mas aquém do esperado para um hotel de 4 estrelas.
Pros:

Gostei da localização do hotel, num bairro residencial com muitos restaurantes próximos e um supermercado em frente, a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação mais próxima e a cerca de 20 minutos a pé da Tower Bridge e da Tower of London, duas das principais atrações de Londres.
Também gostei do silêncio nos quartos e zonas comuns do hotel, em parte conseguido graças à existência de alcatifas.

Cons:

Não gostei do aspeto dos quartos, claramente a precisarem de pintura, com paredes cheias de marcas de objetos que roçaram nelas. O colchão era excessivamente mole para o meu gosto e as camas poderiam ser um pouco mais largas.
Não gostei nada do facto de os funcionários da limpeza não aguardarem pela saída dos hóspedes para limparem os quartos, inclusive no dia de saída foram bater à porta para limpar quando, obviamente, deveriam verificar previamente com a receção se já havíamos feito o checkout.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, hotel and rooms very clean. 10 minute walk from London Bridge Station.

Cons:

No bar, no shower caps in bathroom. Room very stuffy woke up with blocked nose and dry throat - windows dont open so no fresh air the aircon was loud while trying to sleep , no choice but to use it as no fresh air felt claustrophobic

Cons:

Il faudrait mettre des machines à café à dosettes dans toutes les chambres de l’hôtel, nous sommes tombés sur une chambre avec une bouilloire avec du café lyophilisé.

Asiakaspalvelu oli todella hyvää, saimme jättää laukut hotellille säilöön ennen sisäänkirjautumista.
Kaikki huoneessa olevat vesipullot, teet, kaakaot ja keksit kuuluivat hintaan. Huone oli siisti ja siivoojat kävivät päivittäin vaihtamassa pyyhkeitä ja petaamassa sängyn.

Cons:

Aamupala ei ollut kovin erikoinen.
