Very helpful staff. Quiet rooms despite central location.
Nice room, comfortable bed, and great location.
The staff hosed down the courtyard at 8am on a Sunday.
Also, the shower curtain didnt stay inside the shower base, so the floor got extremely wet.
Everything we needed for our first night cycling the Rebellion way. Made life super easy after a 10 hour day on two wheels. Super friendly and welcoming. Good communication too, both via email and on the phone especially when we were running much later than expected for check in. The team obviously take pride in what they do and really care so thanks Team Red Lion Swaffham for a great experience....You're Legends!!!!

Small room, but comfortable with good facilities. Very clean. Lovely, warm welcome when we arrived. Rooms tucked behind the pub but no problems with noise.

Comfortable room, clean, well appointed. Really friendly welcome, happy to accomodate me, my bike, all my cycling stuff, and the Landlord even leant me a charger for my phone.

In my opinion you could not rightfully use the term 'deluxe' to describe the room as per the booking section. It was all very dated.

Central in Swaffham
Good location - staff pleasant. The pub was warm and quite busy for the weekend before Christmas.
The room was clean and the decor was nice.
Didn't realise the room was outside and not in the pub. The room had no central heating in December! Hot chocolate ran out the day we arrived. The bed was creaky and bouncy. We didn't use the shower and we left very early so we can't comment on whether it was working.
