Lovely comfortable stay with excellent location
Pros:

This is a lovely comfortable clean hotel in a great location next to Borough Market and London Brudge station, so an ideal base for any London trip - plus you get to enjoy all the fantastic food and restaurants in Borough Market. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful

The bathrooms are very small with bath showers - but still clean and lovely soft towels

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Arrived approximately 2 hours before check in and asked to leave our bags, not only was our room ready we were upgraded as it was my husbands birthday. Complimentary treats left in our room, and a glass of fizz at the bar. Room was incredibly comfortable, location was spot on for our weekend. Staff went above and beyond, friendly, informative nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Everything was perfect only negative was I wish we stayed for breakfast

Excellent hotel and location.
Pros:

Location is excellent for both train station and local restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection to choose from buffet style. Quality of food was good. Loved the bar to come back to after a full day out. Check was quick and very efficient. We did stay on the train side of hotel, which was a little noisy but did not keep us awake. Our third time here when staying in London and we will be back again.

Perfect place for our small family celebration.
Pros:

We asked for rooms cose together and got rooms next door to eachother. The staff were all brilliant. The rooms were ready for us well before the stated check in time. Very clean rooms and very comfortablel beds. Lovely bar for pre event drinks. Would stay again for sure.
