The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of many attractions and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

Although the bathroom was fine & had everything you needed, I do believe a lovely walk in shower would really give the room some extra va va voom. A bath with a hand held shower did not match the rest of the beautiful decor and was a little disappointing.

Made it very easy for anywhere in London each day. Local area had great old pubs plus Borough market 1 minute walk away

Our room was very comfortable! The location was in easy walking distance to public transportation, the Shard, and Borough Market. I enjoyed the bottled water, apples, and breakfast croissant vouchers. I was not expecting these bonuses, but it was very helpful when heading out to an early excursion.
The hotel can't control this, but on both our arrival and our departure we had difficulty with our taxis. The hotel is located in an area or on a street that the cab drivers were afraid to use. They circled the block repeatedly and looked for a different way to approach it. It took extra time to arrive and get picked-up because of our drivers' uncertainty.

Nice fluffy towels, comfy bed and great location for the trains and Borough Market.
Breakfast was ok but not worth £19 and the restaurant was dark and stuffy, no natural light and quite cramped. Room quite small for the price we paid.
Ruhiges Hotel, trotz zentraler Lage und Nähe zum Bahnhof. Super Lage - von London Bridge kann man alles in London bequem erreichen. Die U-Bahn ist ist ganz in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe komme gerne wieder.
Die Zimmer und das Bad sind relativ klein. Zumindest in meinem Zimmer gab es nur eine Badewanne und man musste sehr aufpassen dass man beim Duschen nicht das ganze Badezimmer überschwemmt.
