First rate hotel in great location
Pros:

I got a better rate than Premier Inn and this is a far superior hotel - sometimes it's worth taking a chance on the unknown! Fabulous room, amenities, breakfast, location and staff were all excellent.

Perfect hotel
Pros:

The hotel was faultless. The location is great, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The bar was also really good.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful, very clean and well decorated small, luxury hotel with excellent service and located in

The good location near the market, restaurants, train station with underground shopping and tourist attractions. Beautiful, very clean and well maintained hotel with lovely decor and furnishings. The front desk service was outstanding. They were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. In the mornings we enjoyed having coffee and tea with croissants at the restaurant as well as cocktails in the afternoon

Cons:

Everything was wonderful. The only thing we found a little difficult was getting in and out of the bathtub when we showered.

A LOVELY HOTEL, EXCELLENT QUALITY AND IN A GREAT LOACTION
Pros:

The location is brilliant right next to London Bridge Station.
The hotel staff are very friendly, the room comfortable and the overall experience is great.
