Good clean and excellent location. Can be a bit of a squeeze in some of the rooms.

I suspect older or less mobile folk may find some of the rooms hard to reach due to stairs that appear out of nowhere and areas around the bed was tight.

立地最高！でも冷蔵庫がないのが残念
Pros:

駅近くで便利。徒歩圏で大英博物館とか色々行けてすごく良かった。最初、部屋のエアコンが調子が悪かったけど、伝えたら部屋を交換してくれた。おかげで２日目以降快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がないところ。今まで泊まったところで冷蔵庫がなかったのが初めてでそこの確認をしていなかったのが痛恨のミス。それ以外は特に問題がなかっただけにそこだけが悔やまれる。

Great Stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was staying for an exam and the room was exactly what I was after: clean, incredibly comfortable, very quiet, and with modern air conditioning. I'd specifically requested a windowless room so expect other rooms may have a nicer view. I was appreciative of the great central location and enjoyed the modern and clean aesthetic of the hotel.

Excellent location, clean rooms.
Pros:

I had made a mistake with the date and the staff, particularly PJ, were very helpful and corrected everything at no further cost. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was spotless. The location of this hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes walk from Holborn Underground Station.

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the lifts was out of order which meant I had to climb 2 flights of stairs to my room. This wasn't a huge inconvenience and did not spoil my stay. The room was very small but this didn't matter since I was travelling alone.

Good and quiet location, easy access to the underground and buses.

Cons:

It’s not soundproofing as announced. I understand the housekeeping is started when the room is empty, but it very noise since very early in the morning.

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Soho-Viertel und die Oxford-Street ist zu Fuss perfekt erreichbar. Wenige Meter hat es eine U-Bahn Station und einen Lebensmittelladen.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwar ein Fenster aber es war mit Sicht auf einen Hinterausgang von einem Geschäft. Wenn Personal von diesem Geschäft draussen am Rauchen waren konnten sie direkt in unser Zimmer sehen, weshalb wir die Gardinen immer unten hatten. Es hatte keinen Föhn, was für mich persönlich mit langen Haare nicht gut war.
