A Very enjoyable stay, would definitely go again and take my own pillow.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location good, very clean room and ensuite

Cons:

Clean, comfortable and very easy to stay here
Pros:

Great location to watch the canal boats glide by. Room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee. Breakfast was good value for a freshly cooked option as well as a small buffet. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was even able to check in earlier in order to go to my wedding nearby.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water the day I visited, so the beautiful shower was only tepid - but I told management and they apologised.

Nice one nighter.
Pros:

Pleasant location, pleasant staff, decent menu. Ideal for airport.

Cons:

Staff concentrate too much on preparation for next shift instead of thinking of current customers. ie. Restocking bar and setting up breakfast buffet at 8pm when customers are still eating and drinking surrounded by dirty tables and cleaning kit left from Sunday linch.

Posizionato in un posto tranquillo ma comodo alla fiera di Birmingham (circa 15 minuti in macchina), parcheggio in loco gratuito, pub per la cena o piccole cittadine con ristoranti vari abbastanza vicini. Se si vuole camminare, c'è un marciapiede lungo la strada fino al centro paese.

Pros:

The location right next to the canal was pleasant for a morning stroll. The breakfast was good and staff helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room waa a little on the small side to what i expected, but for one night it was fine
