Very stylish, bonus car park lovely location. Good food and polite staff
Room 7 was very small, description does say small room but there wasn’t adequate space to manoeuvre from the bed to the bathroom without bashing your legs, curtains on that side in the way, we placed them up on the window sill.
Good bathroom and easy to manage shower with immediate hot water
There was a chair and a table in the room but to get to the drawers below the table you have to remove the chair, … total faff.
Very clean room, comfy bed and pillows tea and coffee plus plenty of plugs and the bonus of 2 fans.
It location, the style, room decor, the staff, the food, everything
Short stay
Didn't have a big breakfast but what I did have was lovely. The dinner selection was good and the quality of my dinner was fabulous ! The staff were very friendly and although I was only there for one night, I will certainly return and will recommend ! !
Lovely location
The rooms are very small ( but it was advertised as small
Lovely location and very good breakfast
We booked a small double, and it was indeed very very small. The dark decor made the already tiny room very dark dingy and claustrophobic. If we were larger people we would have struggled to squeeze in to the corner housing the toilet.
The room was very clean and quiet. The staff friendly and helpful. Great outdoor space to relax in. Good indoor area for meals.
It could have been it was a bank holiday weekend but the food was over cooked and not as good as I would expect. Forty minutes to an hour wait I heard the waiter telling another table. Fortunately I didn’t wait that long.
Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and in a scenic location handy for the NEC
The room and en-suite were a little in the small side.
Lovely location and comfortable rooms. Staff were pleasant and food very good.
Drinks prices were very steep
Good place to stop on our journey home
We knew it was a small double room but no where to put a case.
La situation, l'environnement-
je suis arrivé un jour de congé anglais!!! L'établissement était bondé....trop de monde.
Plenty of parking, nice setting, good food choices (dinner & breakfast) and not too far from the NEC.
Room 4 was on the small side but fine for one night and it was quite
Good rooms, comfortable, nice pub environment, next to the canal with good outdoor seating areas and access to towpath. All round good value for overnight stay.
Do doesn't and staff really polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again
