Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn’t be more helpful
The secery and location
It was not clean to a standard dirty clothes and under wear in draws to single beds put in to one was shocking if honest
Plenty of parking available, property was clean and well laid out.
Nothing.
Rooms were spacious but beds are so old and moldy, not comfortable at all. Moreover people were shouting early 2:30 in the corridor. Mattresses springs were damaged, looks like never been replaced. All table lamps beside beds covered with full of dust shocking.
Beds, Noise in the corridor and cleaning standard was so poor.
Room and breakfast lovely
The toilet had a poo in it when we arrived which wasn’t great
Friendly and helpful personnel
Bathroom needs a good clean
Everything

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very comfortable and spacious room. All areas were clean and fresh decor.
We booked for a wedding event so booked a suite. So glad we did the room was great didn’t use pool ect so can’t comment but if I go again will definitely be getting a suite. Massive bed outside seating area loved it.
There was nothing I didn’t like
The room that we had was excellent, the size of it was incredible and great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend people to visit the Artisan restaurant for the food.
Nothing, it was a really nice place to stay
Staff where amazing
Old fashioned parts and cobwebs in room
Location was good . Bar area was very cosy until a screaming toddler disrupted our peace with a tantrum. His mother was too busy drinking and chatting to her friend to comfort him . We moved outside . The outside area was lovely.
Rooms were outdated and shabby . We had booked downstairs rooms ( 3 in total ) We had previously stayed at Foxfield in February and had beautiful rooms . We were not given these rooms . There was a lavish wedding on and I believe those rooms were taken by the wedding party . We felt very second best as private guests . It was my son in laws 50 th birthday. It was meant to be a lovely weekend. Our evening was ruined by the very rude arrogant head waiter in the restaurant. We had booked our evening meal at 6.30?. We were shown to a table under an air con vent which was very unpleasant. I am disabled and my stick kept slipping off the table . We asked the waitress if we could move to one of the outer edge tables . She got the head waiter to speak to us . He said No all those tables were reserved. ( They were empty ) He did agree to turn the air con off . Service was slow . Most of the staff were busy with the wedding. We just ordered main courses and left . If we had been treated with more politeness we would have had desserts and more drinks . We drove to another restaurant in the area for the rest of the night . We decided to leave in the morning. We didn’t take breakfast at the hotel but drove to a nearby garden centre which was lovely.
the food was excellent
the rooms are very dated and need a lot of work, though are very spacious
