Pros:

Location and surrounding area
Outdoor hotel area
Breakfast

Cons:

My single bed mattress was very uncomfortable because the springs were broken. I complained to reception staff when I was checking out, she was quite dismissive. Management, Housekeeping dept should know when a bed mattress needs to be removed, binned and replaced with new mattress.
Our twin room was large, spacious although dated. It needs new beds and a bigger TV

Fab Overnight Stay
Pros:

Refurbished room was lovely, great to have separate lounge and patio! Staff make you feel very welcome and go out of their way to accommodate requests. Food great, really enjoyed our meal in Artisan lounge and breakfast was lovely; great selection of hot and cold with plenty of choice.

Cons:

We found nothing to dislike.

Adequate considering the price
Pros:

Food excellent in restaurant. Staff very helpful and nice surroundings outside. Plenty of parking

Cons:

Lack of sockets. Very outdated bathroom that could have been cleaner. Uncomfy bed with no mattresses topper, just a flat sheet that comes away in the night exposing the mattress.
Tea and coffee very poorly presented in room, on a huge tray. Bedrooms dated compared to restaurant. Pool opening hours very limited and Mae it impossible to use during a one night stay

Pros:

I have stayed here 3 times and each time I have stayed something new has been renovated which is great.
Food was lovely….

Cons:

The suite pictures are not like the actual rooms. Rooms are dated but I understand the he hotel is renovating at moment…. Need to make people aware that they could get a dated room.

Drinks in bar are quite pricey
