Clean and excellent location
Breakfast was bad. I mentioned twice I don’t eat pork and vegetarian. Still had bacon slices mixed in mushrooms.
Staff on reception was mentioned upon checkin that our ferry leaves at 7 and we will leave hotel by 5:45 am. We filled the form and gave immediately. But nothing was prepared next morning. Reception person was looking around and Atlast we offered to just take juices, water, he did give us chocolates 😊.
But overall food experience was not nice.

the breakfast was decent; the staff was helpful. Because of the heat - we were provided an extra fan as well
I paid extra money for the sea facing room. when booking it showed that it would be the same size as the non sea facing room we booked as well. the sea facing room was horrible. it was small. did not have any air.. felt gloomy. I was not able to sleep at all. Staff was not able to change the room because none were avaiable. SHould have atleast said the room was small in the booking.com listing.
Superb staff couldn’t rate them highly enough. Enjoyed having a swim. View from the bedroom overlooking the sea was fab

Room was very comfortable with excellent view of the Solent. Breakfast was excellent too. Staff very friendly.
