Staff were fantastic, bar was good and well stocked, the room was nice and large but didn't feel empty, shower was good, the location was good not to far from bus or train station and the beach
view wasn't great but booked late and was on ground floor not a problem though, Only had breakfast and only complaint the sausages could be better quality and we wasn't told we had to wait and be seated when we arrived at the hotel and at the entrance to the restaurant there wasn't a sign/desk to say please wait to be seated, and wasn't told that the coach trips to the hotel had numbered seats so we sat in someone's seat the first morning. It would be easier if everyone had numbered seat if you have enough room, The nets in the window of the room appeared to be rotten and was tearing when it was touched
Staff exceptionally friendly, hotel very clean, excellent location for Buses being only a few minutes’ walk from the Ryde main bus station. No traffic noise.
Hotel carpark can get quickly full, so parking can get a bit tight.

The room was clean, and stuff was around if needed. Location is pretty good if the lift is working, but still okay if it’s not. Free parking. Extremely cheap breakfast if you book it in advance; however, the quality is what you pay for.
We got a small room on the underground floor with a view of the wall and parking. We got literally no sunlight during the day, and “enjoyed” breathing cigarette smoke and the talks of people sitting outside until late evening. The room is very (very!) dated, like everything else in the hotel. Of course, no air conditioning. For one day when we asked to clean the room, no one came, and we had to replace towels ourselves. Breakfast is very average. Overall, clearly not worth the money (while I understand everything is expensive) and not worth its rating.

Nice clean rooms, travel cot in the room provided (we hadnt expected this) which was good and sets of towels for our child, evening entertainment was good. Breakfast staff really helpful, offered to clean our toddler plates we bought.
