The heated towel rail didn't work
Location superb. Stunning views. Room was modern
No fridge in the room. Dinner ended at 5pm so no evening meal after 5pm which after a hard intense day the last thing you want to do is go and find somewhere to eat. This for me was very disappointing.
The rooms were a good quality and very comfortable.
Unfortunately there was a very loud event blasting out music which we could hear in the room without any filter. The venue should have informed guests. know . It went on until midnight and impossible to sleep until then.

Great choice of breakfast, which was delicious. The staff are all very welcoming & service was excellent. A comfortable bed at the end of the day with complementary hot drinks & bottled water. Highly recommend.

No one at reception, I was unable to find where to check in. Every member of staff needed training in customer service. Was ignored both times I tried to speak to someone, firstly at check in and then again at breakfast. Staff only seemed interested in serving/helping golfing customers.No information about what was included in the breakfast package. The carpet in the room was badly stained. No where to plug in a hairdryer near a mirror.
Very comfortable bed. Good pillows.
The room was cold. 17.0 degrees. Even with the heater on for 1 hour it only went up .5 a degree.
