Didn't sleep well.

Absolutely fabulous!
Pros:

Amazing value for money. A comfortable large super king bed. A lovely large shower with shampoo and shower gel provided. Tea/coffee making facilities. Good towels and bedding. The breakfast, included in the price, was fabulous, not self service, which means it's freshly cooked to order. Very helpful staff. Beautiful view from the breakfast cafe over the golf green.
Very clear after hours check-in instructions and fast communication. Absolutely recommend!

Pros:

Nice and quiet and felt safe being a female on my own. Perfect location for work.

An enjoyable stay, excellent food, shame the cleaners let it down.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice with unlimited tea / coffee. Large comfy bed, room very spacious.

Cons:

On arrival after a long journey we found dirty cups in our room so brought this to the staffs attention. On the 2nd evening again the cups were dirty so we complained to the staff who apologised on the cleaners behalf stating they were short staffed. Also on the 2nd day we were only given half a toilet roll after room had been cleaned.
Other residents doors were closing noisily during early hours.
Staff in Cafe19 handling bread to make toast were also handling money from customers without washing their hands inbetween.
We couldn’t turn the aircon off at night time.
