Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the fact that there is a pub right under the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable and friendly stay in great location
Pros:

Really friendly staff, appreciate accommodating our requests for room! Had everything we needed, comfortable room, clean bathroom, some snacks and tea and coffee in the bedroom too, and a fan (we were there in the heatwave)

Cons:

Nothing, would stay again.

Buena ubicación y relación calidad-precio,cómodo
Pros:

Acogedor,el baño era cómodo,la ducha estaba muy bien,limpio,ubicación en zona tranquila,bien comunicado a 2 paradas de london brige. Se agradece la tele con aplicaciones gratuitas. Ponían agua de cortesía y cosas para desayuna.
El restaurante justo abajo tenía muy buen ambiente y el personal muy agradable

Cons:

La cama algo blanda,hacía mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado,como en casi cualquier hotel de Londres. No hay recepción en el hotel por si surge algún complicación aunque yo no la necesite.

Pros:

The bed was cosy and comfy and the pub downstairs was sweet too - enjoyed my movie night in my comfy bed :)

Cons:

The room was slightly hot (but oh well what van you expect during a heatwave) and the breakfast was a bit sad (but still something)

Great place, good staff, nice rooms
Pros:

Very nice room, nicely decorated and clean. Shown to the room by a good member of staff who even told us where the fire exits were and where to assemble. We will stay again.

Cons:

Only criticism was maybe more hooks in the bathroom and some sort of AC although they did provide a fan. Parking can be tricky although I found a place on the street where you can pay for up to 4 hours

Fabulous as always
Pros:

I’ve stayed here before and can’t recommend it enough. Lovely quiet location, feels a safe area and perfect location for driving into central London on a Sunday morning. Also fantastic pub on the ground floor with excellent food and nice staff

Kurztripp nach London in einer coolen Location ohne hohe Ansprüche
Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Anliegen von uns wurde umgehend gelöst. Was uns überrascht hat war, dass trotz Restaurant- und Pub- Betrieb um 23h ruhig war. Das Bett war ok.
Für sportliche Personen sicher den Pluspunkt, dass vor dem Betreten des Zimmers noch 2 Stockwerke per Treppe zu bewältigen waren.
Ansonsten ein wirklich nettes, kleines Hotel, welches mit dem Restaurant ein sehr gutes Essen zubereitet und serviert.

Cons:

Ein Raumservice war leider nicht vorhanden.
Die Toilettenbürste war, gelinde gesagt, nicht so appetitlich, das könnte besser sein.
Trotz Ventilator merkte man deutlich, dass bei dieser Hitze eine Klimaanlage fehlt.

Fab place…
Pros:

Property was great… perfectly placed for where we were going. Free road parking directly outside. Great food in the bar for lunch and super friendly staff… still open when we returned for drinks too before going up. The room was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it. Actually booked again for next month.

Cons:

Stairs to the rooms were a little steep… to be expected for such a building but something to note if mobility is difficult. Wasn’t an issue for us though thankfully.
