No aircon.
Cozy room, with nice little extras like hit chocolate, light breakfast items. Nicely finished room that was comfortable and clean. Food there is great too. (It's to the side of the pub)
Well designed comfortable room. Good bathroom and thoughtful extras like bottled water and breakfast muffins and porridge.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
It was great being above such a lively pub and we enjoyed a good lunch in the lovely beer garden.

Super friendly and helpful staff, a very clean room with nice touches to make a comfortable stay
A very convenient location to stay at a reasonable price relatively close to O2 arena (1h walking distance) with good communication links (bus 129).
Place.was clean and towels were of very good quality. Area very quiet and pub downstairs with food and drinks available its a nice add on.
They also allowed us to check in 45 before check in time.
Given the price I don't think I can reasonably complain. For longer stays a wardrobe would be a nice add on but space is very limited.

The room was very clean, well located.
No air con. I felt like I was really disturbing the staff when checking in, despite there being no one else in there. It says staff are in the pub to help any time, but they weren't there at 9 am when I needed assistance. I phoned to check out and had no response for 3 calls.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the fact that there is a pub right under the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Really friendly staff, appreciate accommodating our requests for room! Had everything we needed, comfortable room, clean bathroom, some snacks and tea and coffee in the bedroom too, and a fan (we were there in the heatwave)

Acogedor,el baño era cómodo,la ducha estaba muy bien,limpio,ubicación en zona tranquila,bien comunicado a 2 paradas de london brige. Se agradece la tele con aplicaciones gratuitas. Ponían agua de cortesía y cosas para desayuna.
El restaurante justo abajo tenía muy buen ambiente y el personal muy agradable
La cama algo blanda,hacía mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado,como en casi cualquier hotel de Londres. No hay recepción en el hotel por si surge algún complicación aunque yo no la necesite.
