Friendly and helpful staff at the bar on check in (despite issues outside her control). Room was silent at night. Slept great and the bed was super comfy . Good tv.

Cons:

Issues with check in but sorted quickly and efficiently by staff. Change in systems/software but quickly sorted.

Stairwell needed attention and cleaned to the rooms. No desk in room (understand not required for everyone) needed for work. No other furniture other than bed. Handle of on suite loo broken and some (bit but minimal damp on ceiling and walls of bathroom).

Dirty, needs hovering , dusty, cold, generally needs a good clean because yes you get what you pay for however, it does not mean the room needs to be unclean and dusty. Fortunately I had hay fever tablets due to the dust which aggravated it. In addition the hallway stairs, why not Hoover presentation is everything

Very dissappointing and poor value for money.
Pros:

the only thing that this place had going for it is its location as we were visiting the hospital on Denmark hill. At least the bed linen was clean.

Cons:

There could have been somewhere to hang clothes, even a hook on the back of a door. A glass to drink water when washing our teeth. The place could have been cleaned.

Pros:

Great location for my purposes with transport links, local shop and cafes nearby. Staff were helpful, the room was neat , tidy, clean and secure in a building behind the main entrance with it's own secure access. Room was plain. No tea or coffee making facilities, only one chair/ bedside light/ blind no curtains.

Cons:

During the evening noise from the pub music was significant. It did stop around 11 and was quiet after that. Travelling alone I do appreciate having tea and coffee making in my room. There were no close by options for coffee/ breakfast.

Pros:

Convenient. Parked outside as it was the weekend. Bed comfortable and clean. Very nice lady who checked us in.

Cons:

Lots of stairs which had not seen a vacuum cleaner in years. No visible fire escape. Lack of facilities in the room. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. Very mouldy shower room. One towel for two people. No hand towel. When asked we were provided with another bath towel.

Convenient and clean but fairly basic… though inexpensive
Pros:

The location was perfect as I was visiting Kings College Hospital. Didn’t realise that needed to check in through pub downstairs so glad I got there before pub shut

Cons:

Nothing in the room except a bed and TV. A kettle and a few coffee/ tea sachets would be nice. Also there was shower gel but no shampoo and shower smelled a little of drain
