It is just a fabulous property with amazing grounds
No net curtains at a ground floor window passed by everyone
Staff, grounds accomodation and restaurant
The main house is beautiful, as are the gardens.
Nothing
Rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable polite staff
Nothing
Lovely building well modernised
Beautiful house
Room small
We attended for a wedding, had food in restaurant night before which was excellent, as was the food at the wedding. The breakfast room overlooked the pond was stunning, great choice as well.
Room was lovely and staff very helpful
The dinner service was unacceptable. The food was deliver to the table very late and was, in my opinion, sub standard
All good
Breakfast was the usual buffet style, similar to Travelodge, but without the porridge
The beauty of the actual hotel and the magnificent gardens
Main house and gardens are gorgeous
Room was small and very warm even with windows open.
Breakfast was £22.50. No breakfast is worth that amount
The ambiance, the design the style the grounds all was fabulous
Chill beautiful place to stay
Nice location, lovely grounds, small but comfortable rooms
No lunch available from the bar on arrival. The 3 course meal for the evening event we attended, was average & breakfast the next morning was very poor. No sausages or much else left at 9.30am. A large queue for coffee. I would not recommend the additional cost for the breakfast
The garden and ground were well kept and beautiful.
The online rooms shown were not a a fair depiction of the cozy room. The hotel is a corporate events venue, with no regard for actual guest experience. The decor is bizarre and doesn't fit with the exterior. The breakfast was lukewarm and vastly overpriced at £22 a head. It should be included in the guest price. The room was tiny with no character.
