Lovely room in a great location
Pros:

Lovely room in a great location... really nice breakfast joints, pubs etc nearby... you can easily walk into central London from here plus Vauxhall and Waterloo are super close... staff really friendly. Would highly recommend! Cheers

Lovely staff, lovely decor, not ideal for summer stay
Pros:

Great location can walk to south bank, Waterloo and the imperial war museum is just around the corner! super friendly staff, love the decor and good vibes to hang out in the pub below - being on the top floor even with the window open we had no noise issues even though the World Cup was on. The staff are always exceptionally nice and welcoming. Food in the pub is nice. Pillows are SUPER COMFY! Way Above average tea and coffee amenities.

Cons:

I could not visit again in summer, the heat was unbearable in the upper floor, slept on the floor for the whole stay because the bed was so warm. Had fans in the room but blowing hot air. The plumbing needs maintenance (this is our 2nd stay here) the first stay had water pressure issues so you couldn’t shower if someone else was showering in another room. this stay there was no cold water, if set to cold the shower would just stop, which when the room is above 30 degrees day and night was not ideal (obviously we can’t control the weather and perm air con is expensive but even small portable air con units are definitely needed in the upper rooms) as the windows don’t open more than a third for safety. Also a few general maintenance issues (broken chair / fan needing maintenance as not performing as needs cleaning)

A very disappointing stay, with a leaking roof, no air conditioning, and several maintenance issues

The room was extremely hot due to the lack of air conditioning. On top of that, it was raining and the roof was leaking. The TV remote wasn't working, there was only one mirror, which was located in a dark corner of the room, and the lighting throughout the room was very poor. On our last night, it rained during the early hours of the morning, and we woke up startled by water leaking into both the bathroom and the bedroom

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja alakerran pub/pizzeria terasseineen kiva ja lapsiystävällinen. Huone oli viihtyisästi sisustettu ja iso. Sijainti oli hyvä, bussit menivät suoraan ohi. Alue oli rauhallinen ja turvallisen tuntuinen asuinalue.

Cons:

Huoneen siisteys ei ollut paras mahdollinen: wc-pöntön kansi oli löysällä ja siivouksessa olisi parantamisen varaa. Alakerran pubista kuului musiikkia ja ilonpitoa sulkemisaikaan asti.

Convenient location, Nice staff and Comfy bed
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location and although there is a pub under it, the room was quiet. The staff was very nice and the food good. The bed was very comfy

Cons:

The room is dated but to be fair all I needed is a bed to sleep and a private bathroom so it was ok for the price
