If I had to nick-pick:
The bed was a little small
There are no elevators
Lovely people and amazing hotel for aviator lovers !
Good breakfast and location. Staff very kind
The breakfast was very good and the staff really friendly. They accommodated an addition to my breakfast. I also loved the fact that a plaque said that Douglas Bader opened the restaurant in 1958. The hotel was also in a perfect location for my flying exam!
Very friendly staff
Heavy doors is my only concern
Close to where I was working and it was unique
Room wasn’t well equipped and my laptop was bigger than the TV. Restaurant service was poor and the food was average
Loved tbe 1920's features thoughout the hotel &the attention to detail.Rooms were generous and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous.
We were attending an aviation conference and stayed at the hotel. The theming was brilliant.
We ate dinner at the restaurant in the evening and it exceeded my expectations, the only downside for the restraunt was it was extremely quiet, worked well for us as we didn't book a table but I would like to see such a wonderful place fully booked.

Nice atmosphere. Food good but not cheap. Room very nice
Food a little expensive but maybe I am out of touch.
Stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding in the area.
Peaceful. Good food. Nice bar. Could watch aeroplanes flying as it's an aviation school. My dad in law who loves aeroplanes absolutely enjoyed staying here.
Ground floor accessible rooms available for people who have mobility issues. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
There's nothing not to like in this hotel apart from it's out of the way from the main road so you need to drive to access it. Apart from this, great place to stay if you want to just chill.
Convienent location
Small tv and bed could do with mattress topper as uncomfortable
All excellent
Nothing
hotel has character; staff were very helpful and attentive; location is interesting with all the small GA aircraft flying in and out; highly recommended
nothing at all, thank you
Evening meal was very good quality. Art Deco feel to the guest area was relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing, had no issues at all.
