Great places to stay easy to get around
The room was a little noisy as its near the road apart from that excellent stay
Proximity to Thorpe Park.
Beds were comfy.

La chambre au dernier étage était suffocante avec la chaleur même s’il faisait bon dehors la nuit. Nous ne pouvions pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la rue. Les lits étaient inconfortables.
Check in was smooth. We were taken up to the room and everything that we needed to know was explained to us. The bar staff were really helpful both with our food order and when I asked about the local cider. We'd just spent the day at Thorpe Park, so the location was absolutely perfect.

Staff were amazing and really welcoming. Food was delicious and great value for money. Stayed with my two boys for a visit to Thorpe park which was 5 min drive away. Will definitely recommend and will hopefully return.
I stayed here because of the price and location, when I went into the hotel all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I did not eat in the hotel but the beer was good.
Bigger towels
Hotel was just what we wanted. Visiting family nearby. Staff were l9vely. Hotel clean. Food in bar very good. We gave stayed here 3 times now and will be back.

The lack of breakfast availability was a hindrance but not a real problem as there was somewhere else to east very nearby
On arrival and throughout the stay, the staff were brilliant. Really friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Stayed during the hottest day in June, they provided us with fans in the room and as much ice as we wanted to try and keep things cool.
The room was very spacious and clean. We were on the high street but barely heard any noise, there was live music on while we were staying there but it was really quiet in the room.
The pizza's we ordered from the pub kitchen were amazing!!
Fantastic all around, looking forward to staying again in the future. Highly recommended.
A mini fridge in the room would have been nice to keep a few drinks cool in the heat.
Nice hotel, great staff, fab location
The only thing I would have loved would have been a mini fridge in the family room. We were there during the heatwave and any drinks or water we had bought for the room during the night quickly became undrinkable as the room was extremely warm. Other than that, a great stay!
