Good sized room, really comfy bed. Spacious bathroom with a nice big shower cubicle (I hate those tiny ones you can't bend down in!). Nice quality toiletries. Friendly staff. All clean and comfortable.
Self check-in on Mondays as the pub is closed, so couldn't remedy the lack of advertised hairdryer. Paid extra for superior room that boasted "river views" - definitely no river view from the building! Breakfast is included, up to a full English priced at £13 on the menu, so quite surprised to have to pay an extra £2 for bacon when ordering an £8 breakfast option. You also only get one drink, so had to pay extra if we wanted a hot drink and a juice.

No aircon but understand it's a listed building . So extra fans would be good

L’intera struttura ha un’autentico stile Inglese, sia le camere, che il pub, la colazione sono davvero speciali, inserirei qualche cosa di dolce oltre i piatti tipici che sono super. Quartiere tranquillo e la comodità di avere il pub, resta uno dei punti di forza.
Forse solo la cosa che su un totale di 4 giorni non hanno cambiato le asciugamani, ma non so se bastava chiedere.

There were some cobwebs behind the bathroom door by the window, which, as a non fan of spiders, was a bit uncomfortable.
The location was great as we were going to the o2. Great choice for breakfast and it was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And we look forward to returning very soon
