Pros:

Nice and comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast

Cons:

Nothing. But found it a little more difficult to get to the O2 from there.

You can do this.
Pros:

The food was very good. We thought the burger in particular was one of the best we have ever had.
We enjoyed the balconies and the view from the bedroom.

Cons:

The decor downstairs needs a bit of refreshing. It was fine in the bedroom.
The doors to the balconies are not draught proof and the heaters in the bedroom are not sufficiently powerful.

Pros:

I loved the corner pub atmosphere - most British. You should expect that of the entire experience, this is not a polished hotel but more like a homestay.

Cons:

The chef was ill on the second morning and guests could not have breakfast at the pub. I got a refund and had breakfast elsewhere, but it complicated my morning.

Great characterful stay in a good location
Pros:

A lovely old fashioned pub hotel (check out its history) with lots of character, nice staff and good food. The room was good, fairly recently done up and clean with a good view.

Great location for the O2.great valve for the money.the staff we're really friendly and helpful,we ate there before we went to the O2 lovely and breakfast was good the next morning

Cons:

Shower on/off control was broken . I'd read this in previous reviews so it needs sorting.as it set the alarm off as it was too hot and couldn't alter the temperature so room filled with steam.

Very pleasant with great food

The staff the woman managing the bar was very professional and engaging
The food was absolutely delicious beautifully cooked and presented

We couldn’t get the shower to work the pub is a bit shabby could do with a lick of paint
