Really cosy and comfortable, furniture and all the little extras felt luxurious. Amazing baked cookies and drinks which were complementary and made the stay feel extra special. Great bikes available to use free of charge and fabulous use of the pool in the hotel attached. We booked the pool out for a private session on both days and it was so lovely. Location is perfect for the beach although a little public when sitting in the front garden area but this didn’t bother us too much and everyone was very friendly. Staff in the hotel are amazing, so lovely and accommodating.
Hotel attached feels a little run down but this was not an issue as the beach huts are amazing and food at the hotel is very good.
It was amazing, so clean and lovely touches
Excellent layout & very clever design. Just right for a short break. We had a hamper breakfast brought over which was nice and a meal in the bistro which was very good and not expensive. All the staff were really nice to us, especially to our dog.
To be exceptional it needs air-conditioning. It gets hot in there and at night unless we slept with the balcony door open, which we couldn't because of the dog & security reasons, it was airless as the bedroom windows only had tiny openings. The fan supplied helped a bit. The allocated parking space was tight & our neighbours car got damaged so we moved to main car park which was better. Public footpath is close to balcony but everyone seemed very friendly passing by.
Very nice location, very clean
Excellent location
Good mattresses
Fantastic location. Staff were all very charming. Enjoyed the bikes and the breakfast hamper.
The only minor negative was lack of air con. There are fans which helped, but we happened to be there when it was very warm weather.
Loved the mezzanine layout of the beach hut - the kids with their own room, a lovely lounge looking out to sea and the raised bedroom for mum And dad! The complimentary bottle of wine and the sloe gin a lovely touch.
Having a private session in the pool for the 4 of us also and unexpected treat. All the staff were also very helpful and welcoming.
Nothing we didn’t like but I think the breakfast felt a bit “1980s” For the cost of 1 nights stay I think it’s the only thing that let the stay down, in terms of value.
Location
Very dusty
Very clean, everything you need for a weekend away, stunning views couldn’t complain, little bit top heavy on price but you get what you pay for these days
Was a little too hot and heating was tricky to work out. Everything else was amazing.
Huts are still as good as they were new
Long wait for Dinner in Restaurant
It was so cold and the heating was difficult to sort.
Good breakfast
The new furniture makes the room feel a bit smaller than before.
Fabulous
Great views and great service
