Fantastic weekend away - would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We attended a wedding at this hotel. The staff were so attentive to all the details of the wedding - it went seamlessly!
Incredibly friendly, helpful staff.
Huge room overlooking the garden - it felt like a mini suite.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel - great choices of food - all beautifully cooked and delicious.
Great location - Very short walk to the promenade, at the quieter end of the town

Lovely stay
Pros:

Worth a visit, great hotel, staff and food.
Pros:

All the staff were exceptional and polite. Felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. Decided to eat in the restaurant in the evening. Food very good. Breakfast was also really good. Waitresses very attentive and did not keep you waiting for tea’s coffees and toast. Highly recommend. Booked the superior room. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing to moan about at all.

Staying here made our business trip a pleasure.

Really enjoyed our stay and would go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. We didnt eat in the evening in the hotel. When passing the dinner looked great, but we felt it was not suitable for our children. Too expensive for 12 year olds. My bedroom had a lovely seaside theme and modern furniture. Suited my grand daughter and I. We loved it. The pool was a great feature for the young adults.

Cons:

My daughter and grandsons room could have done with a different coloured carpet. All very limey green. Poor tv reception in they're room as well.

Would certainly use again when visiting Weston
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. It's the first time we've been asked what we DIDN'T want! just my kind of place!.
Room was excellent.
And they had a pool!

Cons:

Nothing really. Car parking was a bit tight but we did have a Transit!
A couple of grab rails for the shower would have been good.
The toilet was quite tight.
The television could have been bigger. Generally, though, no complaints!

4 star stay in a 3 star hotel 😊
Pros:

No complaints about anything, clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast, clean swimming pool and sauna much better than the rating of 3*

Cons:

Only thing we noticed that wasn't perfect was shower head needs replacing water wasn't as free flowing as could be. And few chips and marks on walls, but that didn't affect our stay or our opinion.
