Tolle Lage in Marylebone, ruhig und sehr schöne Innenrinrichtung.

Great location - clean and well maintained rooms above a nice traditional London pub
Please update the check in times - although they do have storage for bags we had planned a day around the advertised times so needed shower etc before heading out - therefore in our situation needed to wait.
Location very central, room was a good size , nicely decorated and had everything required, clean and comfortable.

Could be updated a little with feather duvet and pillows etc. Also a warning , if you are on the top floor as we were, how many staircases you’d need to climb!
Fantastic location in Marylebone with trendy shops and great restaurants all around. Trendy coffee shop right across the road. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the big windows you could open for fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in. Convenient for leaving luggage before and after your stay.
Die Lage und der Pub waren gut
Gastgeber reagiert nicht auf E Mails, es kam bis heute keine Kommunikation zu Stande. Das Waschbecken war bei Ankunft verstopft und am 2. Tag stand die Zimmertür offen, als ich wieder zurück kam. Anscheinend hatte die Putzkraft nicht abgeschlossen.

Initial staff contact was great. Arrived slightly earlier than check in time but room was ready so we were able to leave our bags and crack on with our day.
Room was on top floor, ( no lift) so a bit of a hike, but room was lovely. We were the Churchill room.

The plumbing needs attention, particularly the taps in the bathroom and kitchenette which both 'whistle' when turned off... the bathroom drips too unless you really screw it tight up.
Great location, cute rooms and loved being on top of a gorgeous London pub.
Very hot water in shower meant we just had quick showers. Also an odd beeping sound from bathroom that was disruptive.
La ubicación es perfecta, entre 2 paradas de metro que conectan el centro de Londres con cualquier punto. El tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad es perfecta
Tener un bar típico inglés siempre es sinónimo de ruidos pero no suelen cerrar muy tarde...
+ zeer ruime kamer met ruime badkamer, koelkastje, veel ruimte voor kledij op te bergen
+ vriendelijke personeel in de pub maar deze wisten helaas niets ivm het hotel. 1 van de barmannen bracht wel uit zichzelf al onze koffers via de trappen naar het 1ste verdiep.
- Enkel glas en niet afsluitend raam en glasraam stuk bovenaan met hele dag en nacht veel lawaai van de straat (non stop) en van de pub (pub tot 23u30) alsof het raam gewoon open staat. Zelfs met oordoppen onmogelijk om te kunnen slapen. Ramen dienen echt vernieuwd te worden!
- Verwarming / airco op de kamer maar deze maakt om de zoveel minuten (als de airco bij koelt) veel lawaai waarvan ook meermaals wakker geworden. Verouderd en luid.
- Personeelsruimte was naast onze kamer. Veel lawaai in gang en van trap en deur van in vroege tot in late uren.
- Voor aankomst wel communicatie via Booking met eigenaar maar eens dag van aankomst geen enkele reactie meer op vragen rond lawaai, mogelijkheid voor andere kamer, oplossingen. Totaal niet professioneel, geen hulp.
Personeel van de bar erover aangesproken (zeer vriendelijke mensen maar niet bevoegd voor hotel) en ze zouden het doorgeven maar niets meer van gehoord en niemand gezien.
- Wc-borstel stak nog gewoon in het toilet toen we aankwamen. Afvoer van douche lag los en hing vol haar. Stond nog een geopende fles drinken in de koelkast van vorige hotelgasten. Was niet extreem vuil maar ook verre van proper. De poetsploeg moet echt wel deftiger poetsen en alles nakijken.

There isn’t a lift which can be a pain with big bags
Lovely big room, comfy bed, handy kitchen and great bathroom with big shower.
The location was perfect for getting about.
Only thing I would mark it down on was the fact that we were in the attic which meant 6 flights of stairs to our room and then another 2 to get into the room. As we are pensioners, although quite fit, it was a slog with a heavy case to get up there.
However we had no noise from the pub downstairs and slept well.
