Lovely staff, great location, but cold room!
Pros:

Staff Friendliness, location, breakfast

Cons:

Room was so cold when we arrived. No heating on as it was on a timer and didn't come on until 5pm - was offered that it could be switched on for half an hour when we complained. Had to ask for blankets. Having the heating switched off during the winter is ridiculous - room took quite a while to heat up.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower leaked water on the floor (glass shower door missing water seal at bottom of door) there was no bath robes and I found a long hair in the guest book.

Perfect for a short stay.;
Pros:

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

OK for me but lift out of order. No breakfast available one morning - chef's day off. but loads of places to have breakfast nearby.
Hotel is a bit tired looking. Carpets and curtains could do with a refresh.

Memorable for the wrong reasons
Pros:

2 very friendly members of staff.

Cons:

I slipped on the reception area carpet, injured my knee and had to be taken to the hospital by an ambulance. I had to stay an extra night as i couldnt travel back to London. Family member to travel from London to pick me up next morning. I rushed out of the hotel as he had work commitments. I had paid for breakfast, never ate but was not refunded for it.

Everything else other than cleanliness and lift was fabulous. The staff is very welcoming, th view and the location directly on the sea and 10 mins walk from all landmarks. It was warm and cozy inside the room.

Cons:

The room is not cleaned properly. It was full of dust on the floors, windows and furniture. The daily room service wasn't great, they wouldn't wash the mugs or empty the trash daily. The lift wasn't working and I had to carry heavy bags till second floor. Really wish if this could be better as the hotel itself is amazing.

Very pleasant stay, would stay again
Pros:

Great place to stay, was central, great staff and lovely room. We were lucky in that our room was ready ahead of check in time so were able to access it earlier than expected which helped our day go more smoothly. Staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming.

Cons:

Bathroom was very dated, but functional for our needs.

Fantastic location on the seafront. Seaview room with balcony. The bed faces out to the sea which was beautiful to wake up to. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay, great staff
Pros:

We had a short 2 night winter stay to enjoy the local area in peace. The hotel was clean and comfy, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. We had an excellent time and look forward to coming back again. Special shout out to Josh who went above expected in helping us.
