Pros:

Convenient for what we wanted

Cons:

Toilet seat wasn't secure, net curtains need replacing and breakfast was extremely slow from order to service - over 30mins for a continental breakfast and yogurt and fruit. Only one other family in the breakfast area when we came down. Wouldn't want to be there in a busy time.
Bed a little firm.

Cons:

The website says, under the room section , there has been an “extensive recent upgrade”. The room photographs would seem to suggest but our bathroom , was very disappointing – there was lots of hair on the back of the door, the silicone seals clearly were very old , and dirty , the water pressure was very low and the bathroom did not look like the photograph suggested.

Nice location and good value for money

Good location, nice pub

Cons:

The room was a bit tired. The curtain rail was broken which meant shutting the curtains was difficult

A great pub stay option
Pros:

A very comfortable stay. Good choice of pub food.

Cons:

Creaky old building, so quite noisy. Fine for us but might be an issue for some.

Was an ok stay
Pros:

The pub itself was lovely and there was a nice feel to it and the manager was very welcoming.
The location of the pub was excellent and was near the cathedral which myself and my partner went to.

Cons:

The room itself was ok the bathroom was very small however functional, the bed wasn't great we didn't really sleep well it was very hard and the pillows were hard also.

A good stay with considerate staff.
Pros:

Staff were good. Bar was good but food average. Room was okay although I could hear a generator humming most of the night. it was excellent for just a one night work stay. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

I had Eggs Benedict for breakfast but the muffin was so tough I could cut it with knife, it could have been better.

stayed for one night whilst on a short trip to Canterbury, great.
Pros:

Very welcoming and friendly staff

Cons:

Curtain rail was broken and room was a bit dusty, ..but other than that great.
