Great breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

The bed, it had, it’s day. It was an ex-bed. It sagged in every direction. The bathroom was a challenge, turn around and you whack your elbow, or other bodily parts.

Pros:

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Shower in bathroom in the wrong position. Positioned in the centre of the bath, not on the end over the taps.
Also the window frames were in a bad condrtion, and they wouldn't stay open. The outside of the building needs some tlc.

Nice family getaway
Pros:

Well presented bar and dining area friendly staff great location

Cons:

It was a bit awkward taking a baby and pushchair up two flights of stairs to the family room 207 the shower in 107 was filthy by the screen hinges just some bleach could have sorted that out

A lovely stay in a nice hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, the outside drinks area was a bonus and the staff were very friendly 😊

Cons:

Only one small thing was the shelf above the bathroom sink made it difficult to wash or brush your teeth, it could do with moving to the side.

Pros:

The food and service were excellent.

Cons:

Rooms a little shabby. Cleaning, although adequate was missing detail. Our room overlooked a very shabby back yard. Staff entering and leaving allowed the door to slam.

Convenient, inexpensive place to stay in Llandudno.
Pros:

Excellent location and friendly staff. Quiet (apart from the seagulls 😆) clean room. Breakfast was great - hot and freshly cooked.

Cons:

No onsite parking.

Pros:

Location is great, beach is 5 minute walk and the great orme tramway is just a 3 minute walk.

Cons:

The interior needs freshening up. More attention to detail needed - No soap in our bathroom and the mattresses and a few of the headboards have really served their time.. just bin them all. Lamp shades and side tables lathered in dust. Very affordable for the location but I think because the premise and furnishings need so much attention.
