A lovely hotel.
Pros:

The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. I've dropped some of the marks slightly, as I would've liked breakfast on site. I didn't realise that this wasn't available, as they are refurbishing the kitchen. Hopefully next time.

Perfect stay great value
Pros:

Stayed one night the room was so spacious generally one of the best places I’ve stayed if we are that way again we will definitely be staying there I 100% recommend, great value for money and both receptionist were polite thank you for a great stay (3 minute drive to dyslexia association which was perfect)
