Very good value and very comfortable
Pros:

Has character. Staff member was very friendly. Apartment was unusual but very comfortable. Plenty of room.

Highly recommend lovelt getaway
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, room was really nice and plenty of space for a couple of days. Bed was comfy, room stayed nice and warm, shower was amazing with lots of space. Definitely recommend the hotel, walking distance to the trams, only a few minutes from the town. Ideal little getaway spot

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the bathroom didn't seem to get warm, and as it was November wasn't ideal. But not the end of the world and would still highly recommend

Very good value for money. Rooms have recently been refurbished and are brand new. Would recommend 10/10
Pros:

Such good value for money!! We had two rooms between 5 people. Smooth and easy check in. Very clean and modern rooms. Lots of plugs points, tea and coffee facilities and books. Free parking on site. Brilliant and would recommend

It was a little cold (but we had a large room at the top of the building)

Comfortable, clean, city stay that is great value for money!
Pros:

Ease of check in and check out. Very clean. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Quiet.

Cons:

No food or drink (except tea/coffee in the room) available in the hotel.

Perfect location for quick, easy and cheap access to the city centre.
Pros:

Quiet location, ample parking, value for money, cheap uber to the city centre.

Cons:

The triple bed room was on the 2nd floor (the last set of stairs were pretty steep) and the room was pretty chilly BUT the staff offered to help carry luggage upstairs and provided an electric heater within a couple of minutes so is really not a negative.

I will recommend as their staffs are very nice. Especially their Reception
Pros:

The reception was very good and helpful. Great customer support. And a nice and quiet vicinity. Cleaners always came to my room to clean it up when I was away for work.

Cons:

No elevators despite the building being a storey building. Very inconvenient for me considering the fact that I had a knee injury. Also saw few bits of dirt on the bathroom vent system. Also saw a cobweb decending oneday, so I guess there was a spider in the room. Aside that the hotel is a very nice place to stay and relax if u need some alone time
