Horrible and horrific
Pros:

Extremely terrible.. i felt so unsafe,,front desk lady was so rude, there’s no reception staff at night, and no room phone., i just left after a night as i felt so uncomfortable and unsafe and they didn’t refund me my whole amount for a week.

Safety hazards and extremely rude staff particularly lady on front desk

Pros:

It was good value for money and a comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. Parking is great too, a lot of space. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Walls are rather thin for noise and unfortunately for smell of other guest/s and whatever herbs they were having on the night of me staying.

Pros:

The receptionist checking us in was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean but apparently foot towels are only supplied on request which o have never experienced before.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and small for a deluxe room. Hotel seems to be popular with groups of youngsters who were noisy. Having read past reviews subsequently this seems to be a recurring theme yet when I advised the reception of this they didn’t seem that concerned.

Pros:

Very clean, and good staff, very helpful.

Cons:

Heating wasn't on, bed was tiny, and stairs to the top floor was very narrow for carrying luggage.

Highly recommend lovelt getaway
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, room was really nice and plenty of space for a couple of days. Bed was comfy, room stayed nice and warm, shower was amazing with lots of space. Definitely recommend the hotel, walking distance to the trams, only a few minutes from the town. Ideal little getaway spot

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the bathroom didn't seem to get warm, and as it was November wasn't ideal. But not the end of the world and would still highly recommend
