Breakfast room staff were really nice and friendly.
Pros:

Size of the room, aircon on for arrival and staff in breakfast room

Cons:

No grab handle in bath for getting in and out of shower. Main mirror covered in smears. Bed uncomfortable. No lighting next to desk for putting on make up. In a heatwave having water in reception is great if its filled up, its the little things that matter. No mini fridge in the room

Pros:

Just up the road from the Lavender fields which was great

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep or take your shoes off.
Pros:

Location was useful for our journey to the channel tunnel.

Cons:

Very noisy room due to traffic noise from the street. It was warm weather so had to have widows open. Although even shut the noise was too much to get any sleep.
No air conditioning in a very hot room.
Stair, landing and room carpets are worn out and dirty. Didn’t want to walk round the room with out shoes on. Horrible.

Pros:

CONVENIENT FOR BRANDS HATCH AND QUIET
Pros:

Very comfortable. Incredible restaurant food, be sure to arrive hungry and in time to order your meal. Nice sitting out area. Good car park, but be sure to arrive before the evening drinkers/drivers get parked. Lots of charm inside. This is not a bland white box hotel. Great breakfast cooked to order.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

The location was lovely

Cons:

The property needs updating and the halls and landing are in serious need of refurbishment. Carpets are coming up not laid properly. Maybe the underlay needs redoing. In the bedrooms, the carpet is coming up at the sides.
In serious need of makeover, not worth the money at all
