Just a perfect room and breakfast
No bottled water in room
Everything , especially the written timetable of how to make the most of my visit.. enjoyed the delicious free cake at 3pm after my walk to the castle and the river

Convenient location for Brands Hatch. We didn’t eat there so cannot comment about breakfast, which was included in the price, but we had an early start each morning.
Hairdryer was ancient and stopped working. No staff about at 7.10am but replaced when staff appeared about 10 minutes later.
Shower screen over bath was not long enough so the tiled floor got wet. It was also overpriced, but our usual pub was fully booked.
The bed was comfy and the coffee machine in the room was great. Lots of choice for breakfast. I had a full English and it was huge, the staff member who checked us in was lovely.
The bathroom was very small, the ceiling creaks the people above us woke us up at 1:00 walking around for about a hour, maybe the floor boards need looking at, coming down for breakfast we waited for around 10 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen even though we had to book a time the night before, another couple came down a few minutes after us and waited aswell, we didnt know if we should just take a seat so just waited at the bar, maybe a note or sign would be helpful saying take a seat or a bell to ring to let staff know people are waiting.
Lovely quirky pub , very clean room, excellent staff . The food was really good, both the breakfast and dinner .
Bathroom in our room was quite tight space wise but that’s the nature of the building … don’t let that put you off staying here. One of the chairs in our bedroom could do with being replaced , hence our 9/10

Our room was a bit smaller than expected.
Stay was superb. Stayed in room 1 ansd was pleasantly supprised by how nice the rooms are. Cant wait to stay again next time im at Brands.
