Bad value for money
Pros:

The nearby village was cute

Cons:

So felt the price was extortionate for what we got. Staff seemed to be bad mouthing the place at the bar and lots of people complaining about the amenities when we arrived. Not at all what we expected.

Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff were all lovely especially the reception staff.

Very pleasant apart from the heat of the room
Cons:

It was lovely but the rooms were very hot - no property ventilation. The fans provide were not enough. Portable air conditioning units would be useful.

Rooms, while beautiful in terms of high ceilings... etc, kinda lacking. Examples; bathroom had no extractor fan. Dusty toilet roll holder. It was unclear how you order refreshments in the pool area.

Pros:

Staff were all very lovely and accommodating! Breakfast was average… rooms were average…. Spa was average…. For the price I was expecting much more!!

Cons:

Breakfast tasted pre-cooked…. Room needed re-decorating. Final details were lacking considering the price!
