250€ om in de basement te slapen kwam niet overeen met onze verwachtingen
Pros:

De ligging is perfect in een zeer kalme buurt met eetgelegenheden en op 7min lopen van het station.
Het zag er op de foto's zeer mooi uit. We dachten dat we een mooi comfortabel hotel hadden gekozen.
Het personeel was correct.
De zithoek was mooi en gezellig.

Cons:

Het bureautje waar we onthaald werden zag er al miserabel uit.
We sliepen in de basement met uitzicht op een koertje met de vuilbak er op, die gelukkig wel proper was.
De kamer was piepklein wat veel gebeurt in een grote stad, maar we voelden ons alsof we een verblijf in een kelder geboekt hadden. Ook het onderhoud was net oké.

Decent economy option in London
Pros:

Clean and tidy hotel, good freshly cooked English breakfast, helpful staff, luggage storage available. In London for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Our room ended up being up many stairs (there's no lift), and there was only a standing shower (no tub) in both the double and the family room we stayed in. Top floor (attic) rooms are often on the shorter side throughout older london buildings, and that was the case here as well

Pros:

Chambre confortable bien que très petite (la notre était située sous les toits et accessible par un dernier escalier très étroit). Hôtel bien placé : à moins de 10’ de Saint Pancras, proche du British Muséum (5’ à pieds), la National Gallery (25’ à pieds). Petit déjeuner simple mais correct et varié. Quartier agréable et plein de restaurants et cafés.

Cons:

Rien de rédhibitoire.

Excellent stay - thank you!
Pros:

This hotel was excellent - really comfortable and modern decoration in a historic building. I enjoyed staying here so much. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The communal coffee machine was a really nice touch too. The staff were really nice. Great location! The value of the price for central London was outstanding.

Liked it and would stay again if possible.
Pros:

The location of this hotel will always put it at the top of peoples list. The hotel then has to try and deliver in other aspects and categories and in the main, it does.

Cons:

On arrival hotel was only interested in obtaining credit or debit card details for damage deposit purposes. This seemed to be the sole priority. Tiny room, no one's fault, but would have liked somewhere bigger.
