Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, and I got upgraded to a window room! Sound proofed walls were also great for a good sleep.
I found it hard to use the TV compendium.
The location is great. The rooms are compact but well designed. Exceptional value for money.
Quiet despite being in the city centre and great blackout blinds so I could sleep in.
They have a 24 hour concierge and cafe/bar and check out isn't until 11 which was appreciated. I highly recommend getting the breakfast (served until 11). It's great value and nice food.
Room was quite small, was fine for 1 person for a night but would be a tight fit for a couple.
The lift was out when we stayed so stairs only. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or just a one off.

The Location is very good for the price. And luggage can be stored in the hotel before check-in and after checkout.
The room is great for the price and the location but wouldn't recommend it if someone is claustrophobic or has a lot of luggage.
Location was very quiet, fairly good spot in the city is you want to do a big loop and end up back at your hotel. 24/7 cafe downstairs which was nice. Staff are helpful and friendly, place is clean, simple, kinda what you expect from a budget hotel. No issues at all. Showers are nice and Hot !
The beds! They were basically a timber frame with a very very thin foam mattress. I dont even think that was an actual mattress. The rooms (despite i paid for the larger one) are tiiiiiiny, very claustrophobic but they do have windows. Other wise for the money you pay (considering how expensive london is) it does the job. You are usually exhausted from walking all day you dont even notice the stiff beds

Room was absolutely tiny, about 6m2, actual open floor space will have been a little over 1m2. Aircon was effective but very noisy. Breakfast was basic for the money.
