Good location, friendly staff, good airconditioning and tasty breakfast! Great value for money.
Bathroom was only behind a glass wall (not completly seethrough), so depending who you are travelling with it could be an issue. As a solo traveler I didn't mind it!
The ac facilities were not working in two locations, and we was sent over to Holborn which they assured us to get an ac working in the room. It wasn’t working and the room was extremely tiny, making our stay extremely hot and uncomfortable.they gave us a tiny fan which did nothing.

Non funzionava l'aria condizionata, ma ci hanno fornito un ventilatore. Inizialmente ci era stata assegnata una camera SENZA FINESTRA, abbiamo subito protestato e ci hanno dato una camera con due finestre, una era bloccata, ma l'altra si riusciva ad aprire. Le camere sono molto piccole, da una parte il letto circondato si tre lati dalle pareti (quindi camera profonda due metri al massimo) e a distanza di circa 1 metro e mezzo il bagno. Bagno moderno e funzionale, ma nell'insieme la camera era molto piccola
The hotel was well located and the staff were friendly. The price of the room is very good for central London, it set my expectations as to what the hotel was going to be like. Fortunately, the hotel exceeded my expectations with cleanliness, friendly staff and location.
The aircon was broken in the room that I stayed in, the fan would not have helped much.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and supplied a desk fan instead of the aircon which wasn't working in my room

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the location, it had very easy bus and underground access to get all over the city within a few minutes walk of the hotel. When the air conditioning in our room didn't work, they moved us to a different room where it did!
The air conditioning didn't work in our first room (the first night) and while they provided fans, it was HOT. They moved us to another room with AC the next night, which helped, though it wasn't very powerful.

The location was excellent and the room was immaculately clean.
The room as very small with no window and the air conditioning was broken. This made for a very hot and uncomfortable night.
