Location, rooms, café, excellent staff
Unfortunately the ac in our room was broken on what transpired to be the hottest day of the year so far at 27 degrees. In fairness the attentive staff provided a fan and free drinks to help alleviate the problem, but it was a little too warm in the room to be comfortable.

They didn't have a place to sit outside the Reception to wait for taci.
They offer the cafe and it is not proper when you are not having food or drink..There is space for a sofa or vouch.
Great location, clean. TV channels was insane, Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Sky movies in my room!
Breakfast was naff. £13.95 for continental is a rip off.

Good location. Clean and honestly does not pretend to be 5 star luxury but provides at a reasonable price all a person needs for a stay away. The staff are polite and well trained.

I liked the location of the hotel, design of the room was modern and updated which was great.
Unfortunately the AC in the entire hotel wasn’t working properly so it was boiling hot in my room, staff did warn me on arrival and provided me with a fan which wasn’t strong enough, it was just too hot and therefore I wasn’t comfortable in my room as I couldn’t cool down. The bed squeaked on one side which was really annoying and disturbed my sleep whilst I was there. Also the room was extremely small.
Bed was uncomfortable. AC was broken. Staff was unfriendly.
