Format and concept of the room, plus bright and airy, youngster aged 11 loved the enclosed upper bunk bed
Mugs were found to be dusty however addressed by the team very well
Feels neat and tidy. Had a very comfy stay. The room doesn't have any windows, but that's fine for me. Very good location - just 10 minutes walk from the Temple station.
The room is very small, barely enough for me to open up my suitcase on the floor (though something very common for central London).
Location was perfect! Room was small but clean and comfortable.
Fabulous boutique hotel, great use of space, compact but well serviced, lovely staff and nice to have 24 hour bar/cafe/reception.
Great location, quick check-in, quiet, clean, working AC; had everything I needed.
Small room with no window, but that’s what I knew I had booked so nothing surprising.
We stayed here for the location - it was perfect for what we needed for our weekend in London where we had events to attend in Soho, which is within comfortable walking distance. Staff were brilliant in sorting out issues with the air conditioning and were all super friendly and happy to assist. The free drink, cheese and snacks in the bar were a nice touch, and overall the hotel has a really nice vibe and feel to it.
Whilst I understand that we booked a room with no window, the room itself was tiny. For the price we paid, it was absolutely not worth the money. It was little more than a double bed in an awkward corner and a glass unit containing the shower and toilet which dominated the rest of the room. I don't think the type of room we stayed in is in any of the pictures on booking.com or else I do not think we would have stayed here. I think this type of room would be better served for individuals rather than couples, as it was uncomfortably small and cramped. I wouldn't stay at this property again.
The location is really good. You can go to all the main placed by foot, by bus or by underground.
Going places from the hotel is super easy! The staff is super friendly. This is my third stay here, and it won't be my last!
Great location, but basic accommodation - small room with bathroom set within it. I opted for a room with a window although the window was entirely frosted glass. A plus was the staff who were great - manager was excellent and very helpful.
Small room and rather basic, but reasonably priced particularly for the location.
Excellent location and a good price. Great AC system and had everything we needed
Very small rooms and no windows, however for the price and location we didn’t mind this
The double room wasn't much bigger than a double bed, and the bathroom had glass doors and walls which was awkward when travelling with family. The breakfast was OK , but limited.
Limpeza
No geral gostei , mas realmente a falta de uma janela faz a diferença 😅 mas foi uma escolha de alojamento
We have been there four nights, two adults and two kids. It was honestly like a tiny cabinet with a two King size bunk bed. We needed to take turns in order to use the standing area which was ridiculously small. On top of that the AC wasn't cooling that much and in the last night it stopped working completely amidst the worst heat wave Europe has ever seen. And the top bed had a glass to the ceiling instead of the typical railing for security, that made the heat build up and the little cool air never reaching those sleeping on the top bed, greenhouse effect I'll call it. We paid nearly $2 k USD for four nights and I have been more comfortable in a student hostal paying a 10th of the price. I wouldn't recommend it.
Location
Smaller than pictures, not suitable for a family of 4 traveling with very small carry ons, very disappointing, and we payed significantly overpriced amount.
