Pros:

Arrived late walking in the rain. Made very welcome by staff. Simple room with shared bathroom and fabulous view up 39 steps from lively bar on ground.floor so no noise problem.

Cons:

No staff in the morning.

Läget utmärkt för Queensferry. Toppen med fri parkering. Fräscht badrum.

Cons:

Dusch i badkar utan draperi = blött överallt. Väldigt dåligt vattentryck.
För kort påslakan och ofräscht täcke = inte trevligt. Ena sängen lös i konstruktionen, rädd att den skulle dela sig. Högt pris med tanke på låg standard och att frukost inte ingick.

Convenient location. A pub with rooms. Overpriced at £150 with no breakfast option
Pros:

Good view from the room. Located on Main St with good shops, vars and restaurants nearby

Cons:

Shower was poor, with lots of mould on the door and fluctuating water temperature
The room was cold eith no way to adjust heating
No breakfast option

Enjoyable getaway. Quaint old pub with heaps of charm.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Waking to the sound of waves crashing on the beach outside.
Handy having pub downstairs. Food available. Recommend the Fish n Chip deal with cup of tea. Excellent value.

Cons:

The shower room. No windows. Fan inefficient so moldy ceiling etc. May only have been my floor. Other showers may have been ok.
