Good stay
Pros:

Location, breakfast and staff were really great. I stayed here before and it was not very nice and took a chance and came back. Am pleased I did because I was pleasantly surprised

The meds are old and could do with an upgrade

Great value, really friendly team.
Pros:

Brilliant value for money, £65 with a full cooked English breakfast (double room).
Nothing else in the area got close.
I was on a budget and expecting a sub standard room, I was wrong!
Lovley period building, the creeky stairs added to the authticity ☺️.
Once in the room you could have been in a Premier Inn.
Lovley friendly & helpful staff... Had a nice family feel.

Cons:

Just a mix up giving me a single on arrival but resolved immediately with a helpful smile.

Catering for 3 adults in single beds was very good . All the staff were excellent

Had to drive for 10 min still did not find the car park
Cons:

The mattress was broken
When I when for shower only had hot water for 5 min and then it did not come back at all
Lights in the hallway were not working either

Old fashioned Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und geduldiges Personal. Zentrale Lage. Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. London Victoria wird mit dem Zug in 45 Minuten erreicht.

Cons:

Hotelparkplatz bei Dunkelheit sehr schwer zu finden.

Rise and Crown - traditional place
Pros:

Great location, breakfast included. Parking on site. Staff were helpful when we had an issue with tv remote.

Cons:

Rooms are a little tired. I can see some are being renovated. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

The cooked Breakfast was excellent the room was comfortable

Cons:

The rooms weren't very clean , shabby no main light in our room,and TV didn't work in my Daughter's room (although fault was fixed fairly quickly)

Three night stay in Tonbridge l
Pros:

We had a "triple room" which was in two parts with a double bed in one part and a single bed in the other. The room was very spacious and had a nice refurbished bathroom.

Cons:

There was no lift and as we are both in our eighties it was a bit tricky to negotiate the stairs. However the staff were very helpful getting our luggage up and down the stairs.
