Pros:

Very clean, nice little bar area lovely view over Mooragh Park from 202

Cons:

No plug next to bed, little bit on the expensive side a pool or spa would make an excellent add on, little far to walk at night from town and taxis in Ramsey are very hit and miss !

Amazing
Pros:

It was better on the Saturday morning as it was table service and seemed fresher. The girls working sat morning were amazing.

Cons:

Bathroom could of been cleaner. The grout was a little rough.

Although we only stayed the one night we will definitely stay here again but for longer.

There is an awful smell in the bar/lobby area - stale and damp like drains.
One of the reception staff is particularly rude

Pros:

Everything was perfect for a night up North,we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but had the breakfast in the morning which was good apart from the sausage which I'd prefer plain pork over the flavoured one but that's down to personal preference.

Good bar the bathroom
Pros:

Lovely stay, comfortable beds and lovely staff.

Cons:

Lovely stay, but the bathroom smelt like stale cigarettes and the shower gel was empty. We usually bring our own, but I forgot to pack it on this occasion. Veggie sausages on breakfast weren't the best.

My stay was a short stay which was marred by the fact my first visit to the island was for a funeral
Pros:

Great location lovely view of lake from room and right by the beach. Unfortunately it was February and the tornado force winds weren't ideal for a beach walk. Can't blame that on the hotel though.
Room was clean and lovely comfy bed and there was a good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the gammon I had for dinner one night, the chargrill taste was overpowering. I was kindly offered a free dessert to compensate though. So happy days.

Pros:

The staff are very helpful and it has a good choice of breakfast and dinner. I normally stay at the Comis but will be staying here from now on as has a nicer feel to it.
