Directions:
From the A1 (M) exit at Junction 47 take the A59 for Harrogate
At the roundabout, take the A658 until the roundabout with the A661
Follow the A661 to Harrogate until the roundabout for the A6040
Turn left over the next roundabout into Otley Road
The lodge is located at The Pine Marten, on the left opposite the church

Lighting very dim particularly in the bedroom

Beautiful hotel with amazing décor inside. Loved the quirkiness of the old building.
Very comfortable bedroom, bathroom was spotless, breakfast was great.

A bigger sign by the entrance would have been useful as it's situated on a busy road and we drove by it at first!
Comfortable bed, clean & spacious room. Enjoyed a drink in the garden bar on a sunny afternoon.
The shower was good but needed a better system to stop the water going on the floor.

Stayed there previously and really enjoyed it, in our August stay we had some concerns but the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and approachable
When I stayed in march the room only cost me £85 but in the august it cost me -£161 and the room was half the size I had previously. My partner is very tall and we had very low ceilings with sharp edges which he hit his head numerous times. The bed was comfortable but small for a double and we struggled to get comfortable.

Staff were fabulous- Richard looked after us from check in to check out. What an asset he is. That’s what customer service should be! We will definitely be back. The food was amazing the beds were comfy. Throughly enjoyable stay.
Can’t say there was anything
A great location for our stay in Harrogate, a fantastic looking building, but with a modern internal twist that made it both comfortable and up to date
The bathroom was a little snug , as though it was an after thought & could do with a spruce up, paint on the bottom of the door peeling off & the bottom of the shower could have done with a clean & re seal
Loved the character of the building, the outdoor area was a lovely place to enjoy a drink. Room spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly.
Bathroom mirror light couldn’t be turned off. Some stains to one of the bath towels. Short uber ride into Harrogate.

I was a little disappointed with the in room supplies had to ask for more milk, no bottled water.

Breakfast menu- also you could order a small selection of cereal would have been nice for these to be available with pastries etc
The breakfast and restaurant meal were excellent
Room7 bathroom needs a very deep clean or preferably ripping out!
Toilet seat was filthy and so were tiles in shower and extractor fan.
Foul smell of sulphur that disappeared when shower was used so could only imagine it was the drains
Tea night holders and vases on restaurant tables need a good clean
