Pros:

We loved the hotel, staff was great, lovely atmosphere, friendly and great for families

Cons:

Small silly thing was 3 of us booked and only 2 biscuits in the room, also a bottle of water would be great and filter coffee bags would be much more appreciated than instant coffee, not negatives just our opinion for positive thoughts, pic of full English was my son's so he didn't want mushrooms. Or tomatoes, cracking breakfast

Exceptional service, great location and great value for money.
Pros:

The staff were all extremely helpful and always with a smile! Rooms were very clean and well made up with excellent bathroom. Breakfast was delicious!
Great location, 10mins from Harrogate train station by taxi. Great location especially if visiting the Army Foundation College as this was our purpose of our stay. It was 10mins by taxi from the hotel.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Good location. Nice building

Cons:

Room very cold. Having to carry cases up 4 flights of stairs, no offer for them to be carried up. At booking advised eating adter 7pm New Years Eve, only £70.00 menu available, when in fact people were eating from ordinary menu. Breakast menu different to what was advertised in room.

Very pleasant hotel in a quiet area
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a quiet residential area of Harrogate with easy access to the city. There is ample parking in pleasant grounds populated by squirrels and magpies. Staff are pleasant, welcoming and helpful and the hotel is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating. Our bedroom at the top of the house was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food is very good with a wide range to suit all tastes. The 12pm checkout is a bonus as it allows for a more leisurely departure. Breakfast standards are served with a twist, beautifully presented and the coffee is very good too!

Cons:

What’s not to like? Unless you are very demanding, this hotel has all that is required for a pleasant stay and we prefer the location to the city centre.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Location, space, comfortable room.

Cons:

If I am dining alone and the table is for more than one person, please remove extra covers. Also, do serve receipt in a tray. I did not leave a tip for that reason.
