Had a super relaxing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again . Lovely setting and facilities
Pros:

Loved the views over the golf course and the balcony room. Also enjoyed the spa and swimming areas and the restaurant food was fabulous

Cons:

The lockers in the changing areas need fixing as they wouldn’t lock with the fobs we were given . I asked another lady and she said they had never worked so I had to leave my clothes unlocked whilst I used the spa area

Pros:

Tea making , lack of choice of fruit teas, only 1 chocolate for 2 people , some areas dusty , breakfast hot ok , but better checking of items that have ran out , had to shap the smabled egg , l phoned reception re tea bags , a couple where delivered to my room

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location, and the first room had a wonderful view.

Cons:

We were moved to lower ground room as tv not working, very tired room and not as clean as first.
Pool jacuzzi not working.
And the breakfast room was too small, with
Lots of big groups of men.
Not a relaxing break we were expecting.

Nice hotel. Nice gym. Obviously an issue with the air conditioning and appalling customer service after visit.
Pros:

The gym was good and modern

Cons:

The air conditioning unit, despite being off made a noise all night similar to someone running a bath. I didn’t sleep at all, I visited reception at 5 am and they informed me maintenance didn’t start until 9 and that it had also happened to someone else the previous night. I again mentioned this upon checkout and was told to email. I emailed that day and have not received a response 5 weeks later.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

The whole stay from start to finish was amazing . Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had the most relaxing time
